XLPE INSULATED HT ARMOURED CABLES (LOOSE):
Supply & laying of Circular Aluminium Conductor screened with extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semiconducting combination in combination with copper tape (0.3KA for 1sec.) cores laid up, FR PVC inner sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured and overall FR PVC sheathed cable confirming to IS:7098 (Part-2), 2011 working voltage 11KV(E) grade to be laid loose in the existing trench or pipe:-

Providing, lowering in trenches to correct gradient and alignment, jointing with tyton rubber joint and cutting of reinforced cement concrete spigot and socketed pipes and specials with rubber ring ISI marekd as per IS code IS 458-2003 into trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients, levels etc. cutting of concrete beds and joints holes, supporting the pipes and specials in correct position in a suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benchings, haunches and envelopes are completed. The pipes shall rest on the beds at all joints through their lengths and fixing of rubber ring, facing, testing the pipes for leakage and making good the same leakage and all defects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including all cartage etc.

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commisioning of HT 11kV 630KVA Package Substations is completely self-contained Solution for power distribution that includes Pre fabricated outdoor duty enclosure, high voltage switchgear, distribution transformer, low voltage panel and accessories such as power factor improvement equipment, control and protection equipments, all providing a cost effective. The complete unit shall be installed on a substation plint (base) as outdoor substation. Package substation shall have the following equipments: 11kV Switchgear: 11 kV, 3 Phase, SF6 compact switchgear panel with 11kV Load break switches controls incoming-outgoing feeder cables of 11kV ring main distribution system and Vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) as protection to the transformer. The Load break switch, Vacuum circuit breaker, Bus bars should be mounted inside a sealed robotically welded stainless steel tank enclosure. The operating mechanism of switches and breakers shall be outside the SF6 tank and accesible from front. The tank should be filled with SF6 gas at an adequate pressure. The degree of protection for gas tank should be IP67.
There shall be provision for filling the SF6 gas at site. Stainless steel gas tank shall confirm to the sealed pressure system and ensure the gas leakage to 0.1% per year as per IEC 60298. The Panels shall be tested for IAC level of min. 21kA/1 Sec. No. of operations of Vacuum interrupter bottles for better performance (i) At rated current: 10,000 operation (ii) No. of short circuit dead operation at rated short circuit current: 40 opeartion. Load break switch parameters are as below: (a). 11kV, 3Phase HT manually operated Load break switches 630Amp., copper busbars with integral earth switch having ON/OFF/EARTHED indiaction, live cable indiaction cable termination bushing suitable for 300sq mm XLPE cable. Enclosure for PSS: Outdoor type enclousre shall be made of 2mm thickness of galvanised sheet steel tropicalised to meet indian weather conditions including all the partition sheets and doors. The enclosure shall be corrugated type wall design for better heat dissipation, provinding robust construction and enclousre should have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 23 protection for transformer compartment. the base of the enclosure shall be of 4mm thickness hot dip galavanized sheet steel to ensure rigidity for easy transport & installation. The entire package substation shall be factory assemble & factory fitted. Each compartment should be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The unit shall be tested for internal arc fault test to the tune atlest 20kA for 1 second as per latest IEC 62271-202. Interconnection & Earthing: Interconnection between HT switchgear & transformer using screened covered aluminium XLPE single core cable & interconnection between transformer & LT switchgear using aluminium busbars with copper flexibles. Designing, Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning of AMF indoor Type cubical panel enclosure (dust, vermin and interchangeable modules with facilites for extensions or reduction as per the space or requirments). The Panel shall be suitable for operation at 415+6% Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase 4 wire & earth system. The assembly manufacturer should be ISO approved and CPRI tested for short circuit of (minimum 50kA) as well as IP degree of protection (IP 54/55). Fabrication:- Panel shall be made from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet, conforming to IS 8623/1977-82. The sheet metal used for the fabrication of control panel will be 2mm for load bearing member’s door and fittings plates etc. the partitions and other non load bearing members will be fabricated out of 1.6mm sheet, the sheet will be of mild steel CRCA type. The base channel will be made out of 75 x 40 x 5mm rolled channel.
The door should be double folded without edge and the gasket should be ‘S’ type puffed neutral rubber gasket for long life. The hinges of the door should be bolted type with double hole arrangement. The panel door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. Minimum depth 400mm / wide 300 mm for busbar/ Cable ally at the front of the panel. The panel will be free standing floor mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc.
The fabrication should be such that all the member i.e. vertical/horizontal should be detachable type i.e. total bolted. In case of any changes required at site. it should be possible then and their self without any cutting or welding. The fabrication of the panel in 3B construction fully compartmentalized type i.e. bus bar chamber as well as the cable chamber should be totally isolated from the feeder chamber. Where there crossing of the wire or bus links. It should have proper rubber gourmets or non-hygroscopic material. No live part should be in visible condition.
Painting:- The sheet metal is sprayed with corrosion resistant etch Primer. The finishing treatment shall be applicable with air drying paint (7/9 tank Powder coated process should present in company pemises) after necessary putty work . Busbars:-The panel shall be provided with TPN aluminium busbar of suitable size according to the size of MCCB's. Busbar shall be of high conductivity (53% to 58%) E91-E Grade aluminium (1A/Sq.mm). All Busbar will be air insulated with codified in Red, Yellow, Blue & Black as per standard for cable termination with the help of extended busbar only with proper adjustable cable supports. The main busbar would be supported upon non-hygroscopic SMC/DMC supports.

It should be Water cooled naturally aspirated/ turbo charged/ turbo charged after cool (As per manufacturer standard). DG Set should be operated/ controlled through AMF Panel as well as Manually ENGINE: The Diesel engine developing suitable BHP for giving a power rating as per ISO 8528- Part-1 (With CPCB-IV Norms) in KVA at the load terminals of alternator at 1500 rpm at actual site conditions. Alternator should have 40 degree maximum class H insulation, Automatic voltage regulator unit should be provided as per standard practice of manufacturer. Its voltage dip shall not exceed more than 20% of the rated voltage at any step load or transient load as per ISO 8528 (Part-1). Its efficiency at full load 0.8 power factor, 10% overload one hour in every 12 hrs of continuous use. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The enclosure shall be fabricated out the CRCA sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm on the outside cover with inside cover having not less than 0.6 mm thick perforated powder coated CRCA sheet. It should be IP54 Suitable for outdoor installation exposed to weather conditions, noise level up to 75 dB (A). All sheet metal parts should be processed through 7-tank pre treatment process and batteries accommodated in the battery rack .The acoustic lining should be made up of high quality insulation material i.e. Rockwool / glass/ mineral wool / PU foam of appropriate thickness & density for sound absorption.The inside of enclosure should be provided with at least one no. 28 W-T5 fluorescent tube light/ LED 10Watt luminaries controlled by a 5A switch for adequate lighting during servicing etc.
MANUAL CONTROL PANEL: Manual control panel shall be fabricated out of 1.6 mm sheet steel, totally enclosed, dust, damp and vermin proof wall mounted/ free standing floor mounted type with IP-53 degree of protection & front operated, composite meter for digital display, HRC fuses of suitable rating. MCCB (Fixed Thermal and Adjustable Thermal protection)/ ACB (Over cuurent/ overload, shorcircuit, instantenous, earth fault protection) should be used. Battery charger complete with voltage regulator, Voltmeter and Ammeter for charging the battery from external mains. This will be in addition to the battery charging alternator or dynamo fitted on the engine.All the components in the control panel shall be properly mounted, duly wired and labeled. Suitable terminals are to be provided for panel incoming and outgoing connections. System opeartion facility provided shall afford the following operational requirements. Providing Advance Lightning Protection System:
Supply, erection, testing & commisioning of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) type Lightning Protection Complete with Lightning Air Terminal. The System should be corrosion resistant stainless steel chrome body capable of working in hazardous atmosphere and protecting against direct Lightning point as well conducting /diverting it to earth completely after tracing the Lightning in advance. As per NF C 17-102:2011 the air terminal should be tested for Lightning impulse current (10/350 micro sec) =100 KA and for local certification the air terminal should be tested for switching impulse current of 40 KA (8/20 micro sec) as per CPRI with 5 positive and 5 negative impulse. The ESE Terminals shall offer a protection radius of 79mtr., Level-1 High Protection and preferably to be mounted on roof top and center of the building / blocks with the highly insulated polyplastic adaptor with the Mast. (Its working principle evolves from local electrostatic field that develops naturally around the system as a thunderstorm begins to gather. In the event of descending lightning, an inbuilt triggering device generates high tension pulses at the conductor tip, causing a 'corona effect'.) Supply and fixing of GI Mast 5 mtr. height along with suitable base plate for mounting the terminal along with highly insulated adopter to mount ESE Air Terminal with the Mast. The Adapter shall have suitable Metal connector/Connecting point in such a way the top portion shall be electrically connected to the central tip of the ESE terminal and bottom portion connected to the down conducto, stray wires along with support shall be securely fixed with base plate and gauge wires where ever required.
