WORK SERVICES FOR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL AC PLANT INSTALLED AT TECHNICAL AREA AT AFS ARJAN SINGH UNDER GE AF PANAGARH.

Comprehensive maintenance of Centralized AC Plant and its equipments comprise of the following for a period of twelve months, installed at C-130J hangar including repairing, servicing, overhauling of Chiller/Condenser/Cooling towers and motors & pumpsets of different capacity, detecting and reparing of leakage portion, descaling, charging of gas, replacement of compressor oil ect. complete in all respect to keep the installation upto mark for smooth operation as specified in Particular Specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, through M/s Daikin or through their certified agencies subject to submission of MoU with the M/sDaikin stating that they will provide all the assistants to the agencies for the subject work as directed:- (i) Screw type water cooled package chiller 3x155TR with microprocessor based control panel, evaporator and condensor. Make : Daikin (ii) Chiller water pump sets of capacity 20HP/15KW-03 Nos. Make : ABB (iii) Condensor water pump sets of capacity 20HP/15KW-03 Nos. Make : ABB (iv) AHU, floor mounted in various locations - 10Nos, of capacity 14900 CFM, 15830 CFM, 22500 CFM,12250 CFM, 9060 CFM, 13060 CFM, 9000 CFM, 17940 CFM, 11120 CFM & 8200 CFM. (v) AHU ceiling suspended in various locations - 02Nos, of capacity 2600 CFM & 5100 CFM. (vi) Cooling towers -03 Nos (vii) Variable Frequency drives (VFD) -18 Nos. (viii) Building Management System with Seimens Software & connected hardware

Note For Srl Item No 1 : (i) The Contractors agrees to provide the following comprehensive services arising out of wear and tear of the normal usage of plants (ii) Preventive and Corrective Maintenance : The authorised service representative of M/s Daikin or their certified agencies shall visit the site quarterly for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on all the units installed at site. This includes maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and electronic parts / sub-assemblies. The preventive maintenance report will be as per the manufacturer's instruction and as specified in Particular Specification. The contractors can claim payment on quarterly basis. In that case the payment shall be made with pro-rata basis on quoted rates. (iii) Breakdown Maintenance : The authorised service representative of M/s Daikin or their certified agencies will carry out all breakdown maintenance after receiving information (written or oral) from GE(AF) Panagarh officials or their representatives, M/s Daikin or their certified agencies will carry out the required repairs of the units and inform office about the status of site. No payment shall be made on this account of any breakdown service during comprehensive maintenence period.

Note For Srl Item No 1 (Contd....) (iv) Breakdown maintenance calls will be attended within a maximum of 24 hours of the receipt of the complaints. (v) In case the complaints are not attended/resolved within the stipulated time as per the clause no: (iv), the Contractor is liable to pay Rs.1000/- per unit per day till such time the unit is attended/resolved.(vi) The Contractor will employ trained service engineers / technicians certified by M/s Daikin for the service under this comprehensive maintenance period. (vii) The Contractor will also maintain service reports for all visits & breakdown visits & copy of the same will be submitted every month. (viii) Supply of consumable items like grease, lubricants, cotton jute, descaling powder, mild acid solution, soldering rod ect. (ix) The cost of the above are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (x) The Service provider agency should have valid ESCO (Energy Service Companies ) certificate under BEE, Ministry of Power , Govt of India and should have valid ISO 45001:2018 Certification. (xi) Spare parts except mentioned at srl No 4 to 27, to be measured and paid under Prime Cost Sum as supply only. The Contractor also perform both preventive and breakdown maintenance for BMS installed for the AC plant including maintenance of Software as well as the hardware components.

Disconnecting & removing 3 phase 50 Hz 415volt Condensor motor of capaciy 15KW from installed position including, loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop, removing existing burnt winding from the motor and rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation including replacement of defective Ball Bearings with new bearing of same size and specification, transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including alignment, electrical & water connection, commissioning and testing for 8 hours continously to check the RPM etc. to the satisfactory performance etc. complete. Note :- Cost of transportation from site to workshop is deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Disconnecting & removing 3 phase 50 Hz 415volt AHU motor of capaciy 5.5 KW from installed position including, loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop, removing existing burnt winding from the motor and rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation including replacement of defective Ball Bearings with new bearing of same size and specification, transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including alignment, electrical & water connection, commissioning and testing for 8 hours continously to check the RPM etc. to the satisfactory performance etc. complete. Note :- Cost of transportation from site to workshop is deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Disconnecting & removing 3 phase 50 Hz 415volt Suspended AHU motor of capaciy 2.2 KW from installed position including, loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop, removing existing burnt winding from the motor and rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation including replacement of defective Ball Bearings with new bearing of same size and specification, transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including alignment, electrical & water connection, commissioning and testing for 8 hours continously to check the RPM etc. to the satisfactory performance etc. complete. Note :- Cost of transportation from site to workshop is deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for scraping cleaning & preparation of external surface & painting complete installation of 2 X 155TR (310 TR Capacity) including compressor, motor, piping, cooling tower, condensor, AHU & panel board etc with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer as per direction on colour code as given including writing SM & MES numbers complete all as per specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and errect factory fabricated rectangular/square duct made out of 24 gauge GI sheet in hollow profile including all accessories such as corner, carriage bolt hangers, gasket and seal the longitudinal joints with and including approved sealant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable insulation from any surface and supply and fix nitrile rubber insulation of one layer of 19mm thickness sticking on surface by using approved adhesive and sealing the joints by weather proof tape all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Prime Cost Sum. The prime cost is to be used as directed by the Accepting Officer vide condition 1 (v) and 5 of IAFW-2249 of General Condition of Contract forming part of the tender documents. (a) Provide a prime cost of Rs 300000.00 for supply of spare parts of various plants/units as mentioned under BOQ srl No 1 here-in-above after dismantling and ordered convening BOO by the Accepting Officer. The material shall procured directly from the OEM aurhorised dealer or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The contractor shall have to submit GST enabled printed bill for claiming payment. (b) Contractor quoted rate shall be included for overhead and profit and all taxes and insert amount to cover all. However, quoted amount shall not exceed 15% (Fifteen Percentage) of estimated amount. In case, the contractor quoted amount is in excess of 15% of the estimated amount, the same shall be restricted to 15% and the amount quoted shall be corrected accordingly to work out the contract sum.
