RequiredExperience has to be issued by Engineer-in-Charge of Government Department / undertaking not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and countersigned by the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent.. ( The value of past experience in any one year during last 10 years shall be updated at weightage 10% per year to bring them current price level)
