Repairs to be conducted to 63 KVA, 3 Phase, HT transformer by way of:- Dismantling of transformer from the bed, draining out T-oil in a clean container and lifting of core manually to find out damage in HT transformer

P/F of HT prewound aluminium coils as per sample. The rates are after deduction of old scrape.

P/F of LT prewound aluminium coils as per sample. The rates are after deduction of old scrape.

P/F of PVC sleeves, cork sheet, gasket, asbestos packing & glands during refitting

P/ applying paint to HT transformer body etc.

P/filling of A grade T oil to HT transformer up to required gauge

Filtering of T oil at workshop

P/F of HT bush rods with nuts etc. as per sample. The rates are after deduction of old scrape.

P/F of LT bush rods with nuts etc. as per sample. The rates are after deduction of old scrape.

To & fro carriage of HT transformer from site to workshopat Rangrate Sgr. for repairs & back to site after repairs. Job includes dragging of HT transformer, all leads , lifts & head loads involved .
