SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION I (B&R Portion)

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundations etc or manholes, cesspits, pipes and cables etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L 40mm thick Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces inculding necessary formwork in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in loose / soft soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of soft / loose soil not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement Mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L RCC 1:1½:3, (nominal mix), Type A-1, using 20mm graded aggregates as in chajjas including TMT bars welded with existing steel all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick plaster in CM(1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface.

SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-II (E&M PORTION)

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth or not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of soft / loose soil not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying, installing, lowering and connecting up commissioning and testing submersible pumping set of capacity 2.5 HP, electric driven 415V, three phase ac supply coupled to electric induction motor with suitable RPM suitable for 100 mm dia bore well complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Boring 100mm dia hole with reserve rotary rig/Direct rotary rig drilling method in any kind of strata of soil rock for depth upto 60mtr deep below ground level by keeping sufficient space for pea gravel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, jointing and lowering PVC slotted pipe 100mm dia heavy duty (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 including providing suitable jalli on the slotted pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, jointing and lowering PVC pipe 100mm dia heavy duty (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 including fittings like sockets, ends cap bends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lowering GI hevy grade pipe 50mm bore ISI marked with one end connected to submersible pump for puping out water including nuts, bolt rubber packing and other necessary connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for carry out the descaling of shells & tubes water cooled type condenser by dis connecting the inlet and outlet water connections and providing of dummy to the inlet & outlet and descaling the condeser by circulating the circulated descaling agent by R-111 or equivalent chemical or organic compound at the proper ratio circulated chemical till remove complete scale deposite inside the copper tubes, and opening the both end cover by the condenser brushing the copper tubes with appropriate size nylon brush remove complete scale,and fluyshing out the tubes,and degreasing with castic soda solution and flushuing and boxing up the both end covers connecting up the water inlet & outlet connections including renewal by damaged rubber gas kets,and leak testing the joints for water leakage for the 3 x 3.5 TR capacity,Make : Voltas, shell and condensers all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out leak test for the Chiller type system by extracting the existing available Gas from the system to separate cylinder storing,and pressure testing the complete system with Dry nitrogen and check the leaks,identifying the leak,rectification of leaks by brazzing/welding at the leak points/replacing by damaged valve glandpackage/Gas ket Etc, and after rectificatiopn of all leaks,pressure testing the complete system up to 300 Psig at high side,200 Psig at low side of the system,holding the pressure for 24 Hours and vaccumising the complete system after releasing the Dry nitrogen and charging the refrigerent Gas to system and testing&comissioning the plant of capacity 3 x 3.5 TR and checking all controls all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for taking down the defective fan motor of flange mounted extended type shaft upto 1 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts,4 Pole,900 RPM,50 Hz, along with fan assembly, and dismantling the motor complete cleaning with CTC, including rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge copper wire, necessary paper, tape, terminal etc., insulation shall be of class ‘F’ and degree of protection shall be IP-55, the work includes renewal of all corroded bolts & nuts, terminal block, and assembling, fixing in position, fixing of fan blade, and alignment of the fan blade for the suitable air throw of the cooling tower, testing & commissioning the cooling tower motor. all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling the defective induction motor of 3 HP capacity of CGL make 415 V, 4 Pole up to1440 RPM,50Hz of any duty or any class of insulation from the bed duly coupled with pump/ compressor/in AHU, transporting to work shop, removing burnt out winding from stator/ motor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make and replacing drive end and non drive end bearings, insulation materials, varnishing, heating, reassembling, testing and commissioning for the following capacities all as directed Note: - Motors removed for rewinding shall be overhauled completely by replacing defective bearings and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same.

M&L for carrying out the overhauling the package Air conditioning unit of Make : Voltas of capcity 3X3.5 TR Air cooled Package type including taking out the compressor & cooling coil , blower assembly,diconnecting the discharge and liquid lines and dismantling the sheet metal body for carrying out the tinkery, including replacing fully corrorded bottom base plate and tinkering of partialy corrorded sheet/panel and painting , reassembling, connecting up all disconnected lines, cables ducts etc. and pressure testing, vaccumissing, checking of all parametrs and testing & commisioning all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. : (a) Gas filling will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and charge refrigerant gas R-22 / R 407C including leak testing the system, arresting the leaks with necessary materials like gasket/ ‘O’ rings/ washers all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Mafron / Freon / Floron

Complete overhauling/ servicing of FRP cooling tower, removal of complete scales, dirt etc. by using chemicals, cleaning the sump louvers, PVC fills, fan assembly, renewal of spray nozzles with connected pipe, renewal of nuts and bolts,leak arresting of the FRP tank, replacing of PVC fills and complete painting of the cooling tower as per the standard practice of any capacity cooling tower including FRP lining to the bottom base, side panels where ever damaged portion and replacing of birds screen mesh at air intake portion of cooling tower all as specified and directed. NOTE:- PVC Fills shall be meaasured and paid separately under relavent schedule item.

M/L for carrying out painting to package type Air conditioning plant including compressor, condensers, chillers, Refrigeration lines Condenser water line, pumps, motors foundation frmer valves etc as per the existing colour code all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. .Note:-1. Painting should be done with existing colour codes. 2. Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for preparation of old painted surface and applying zinc chrome primer over rusted portion all as directed.

Supply and fixing of airduct made out of commercial grade GI sheet (Zinc coating 120 gm/sqm) and fabricated as per IS-655, and aluminium for supply air duct for OTs rooms as per relevant ISand 28 SWG Aluminium perforated sheet Ducting wherever passing through unconditioned space only shall be insulated with resin, Aluminium foil (0.05 mm) faced and fixed with PVC a type is passing through condition space return air space. Outdoor insulation will be finished with cement sand plaster. Ducting should be complied with following jobs with complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : (1) Aluminium powder coated grills/diffusers with MS volume control damper for supply air grills/diffusers.(2)Fresh air intake (3)Fusible link operated (UL stand) fire damper made of 16 SWG. (4) GI/CRCA sheet to be provided in main supply air duct and return air duct. (5) Return Air duct with powder coated aluminium section.
