Taking down existing roof treatment of any description and any thickness including cement mortar screed bed over roof complete all as specfied and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) on roof padding avg. thickness 40 mm in slope as per requirement, mixed with WPC @ 3 Kg per 50Kg cement bag or as per manufacturing instruction complete and finished even and fair all as specified and directed.(Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for cutting chases in brick wall for inserting water proofing memberane and making good existing surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as directed and specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M7L 15mm thick screed in cement morta 1:4 fair finished using WPC @ 3 Kg per 50Kg cement bag or manufacturing instruction for laying WPT complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply and fix the APP polymeric water proofing membrane of minimum 3mm thickness & weighing not less than 3.6.kg/sqm black finished reinforced with non-woven poleyster matt. With a thermofusible finish laid over 1.5 Kg/sqm bitumen grade 85/25 over and including compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 kg/sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75 mm at the sides and 100 mm at the ends and sealing applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 500 Ltrs setting aside or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and written by suitable paint as CLEANED on DD/MM/YEAR complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 9.00 here-in-before but 1000 Ltrs.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) of 1000 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed as per SSR Pt- I

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical, vertical with closed top) of 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed as per SSR Pt- I

S & F in repair stop valves cast copper alloy types screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle for 20mm bore complete all sa specified

S&F Ball valves 20 mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms/ 50mm-1240 gms)

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for 15mm bore.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for 20mm bore.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for 25mm bore.

S&F GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor in15 mm bore of tube

S&F GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor in 20mm bore of tube

S&F GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor in 25mm bore of tube

M&L cutting out cracks to `V' section in existing roofs or tarracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement morta 1:4 plastering on external walls using WPC @ 3 Kg per 50Kg cement bag or manufacturing instruction including demolisition of existing plastering complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).
