M&L for cleaning of shell and tube water cooled condensers of the AC plants of following capacities after dismantling the water lines and headers and cleaning with suitable wire brush and washing soda to remove the dirt and water scaling and refixing the water lines and headers including provision of new gaskets, in every 02 months etc complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) 2 x 12 TR capacity at KV Store MO Goa

Supply and fix in repairs ball / roller bearing for pumps and motors of following capacity including taking down old bearing and re installation at site including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

(a) Upto 15 HP capacity

(b) 20 HP to 30 HP capacity

(c) 40 HP to 60 HP capacity

Supply and charging Refrigerant compressor oil including flushing/cleaning of oil chamber etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Servo manufactured by Indian Oil Corporation or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Nitrogen testing for the any capacity of compressors including condensing unit and gas piping complete as per the manufacturer's instructions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Nitrogen pressure shall be held without any drop in pressure inside the unit continue for 24 hours.

Supply and filling Nitrogen Gas Cylinder of 7.5 cubic meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-407 of 61 Kg complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-22 of 61 Kg complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing Monoblock pumps including dismantling and opening the pump, repair/replacement of defective impeller, replace the worn out bearing impeller, stuffing box, back plates, gland packing mechanical seal and rusted nut, bolts etc assembling property, greasing all movable parts, fixing in position, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed for the following

(a) 3 HP to 5 HP Pump

(b) 7.5 HP to 10 HP Pump

Supply and fixing in repair power assembly expansion valve for following AC Plants as per existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) 12 TR AC Plant

(b) 18 TR to 30 TR AC Plant

Supply and fixing in repair Motor & Voltage Protection Device (MPD & VPD) for AC plant as per existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F microprocessor/PCB for compressor of capacity from 18 TR to 60 TR as per existing make/model all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix V-belt for AHU as per existing size of following AC Plants complete all as specified and as directed.

Realignment of compressor and motor of any capacity on existing foundation all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix High pressure control switch as per existing make and type including taking down old switch all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing power contractor assembly for upto 10 HP motor/pump complete as per existing type and make including taking down old contactor all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing indicator lamp assembly set complete LED type suitable for the existing system supply voltage 230V / 440 V AC including taking down old lamp assembly all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the unserviceable electric motor of any type or of any capacity and transporting to reputed workshop, taking out old and burnt winding wire and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and size with insulating materials, varnishing and baking etc, re-fixing the same at site and re-alignment, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old and fix new PVC fins of cooling tower of any capacity AC plant including setting complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Mihir or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply and fixing in repair fabricated Hyphen filter Pre filter of 90% efficiency and filtration level of 10 microns made out of GI channel frame overall size 55 cm x 55 cm x 5 cm including nylon micro filter and wire mesh covered front and back all as per sample given including taking down old micro filter all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by removing dust, rust etc and, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun of approved make and colour for cooling tower, condensing pipe line condenser water pumps including all pipe line valves etc. of 5 TR to 60 TR capacity plant all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CT fan (with hub and fan blade) of capacity 5 to 10 HP for cooling tower all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair chilled water sensor for AC Plants of any capacity all as specified and as directed.

S & F solenoid valve assembly complete for compressor of capacity upto 30 TR all as specified and as directed.

S & F solenoid valve assembly complete for compressor of capacity from 48 TR upto 60 TR all as specified and as directed.

S & F loading/unloading switch assembly for compressor of capacity upto 30 TR all as specified and as directed.

S & F loading/unloading switch assembly for compressor of capacity from 48 TR upto 60 TR all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the compressor and taking out the shaft from the compressing unit and taking to the reputed workshop for necessary lathe/ machining work to match the bearing size, cleaning inside the compressing unit and necessary overhauling including replacement of defective parts complete as directed installation of compressor and connect with motor, alignment and carrying out of testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for 30 to 48 TR AC plant compressor all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate quoted shall be including defective spares required to be replaced.

M&L for assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 22 gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 48 here in before, but 24 gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing acoustic lining to the ducting by using FG crown 200x25mm thick rigid board density 32kg/m3 covered with RP tissue & 28G aluminium perforated sheet & using GI nuts, bolts & washer for the entire duct complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for thermal insulation of duct using adhesive & FG crown-150 factory laminated covered with aluminium foil of 50mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.
