Providing & applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause Morth &H 503

Providing & laying of dense graded Bituminous 50mm thickMacadam with bitumen VG-30 Bulk with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing on average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder@ 4.0-4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher wih sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing & laying of Bituminous Concrete 30mm thickwith bitumen VG-10 Bulk with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing on average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder@ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher wih sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause MORTH specification clause 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/color using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater,driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material,labour,T&P,cleaning the road surface of all dirt seals,oil,grease and foreign materials etc. completeas per direction of E/I as per specification DSR 16.62 unit rate 747.80 x0.735x106/107

Supply and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium,resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit,fitted with lense reflectors,installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30mm upto a depth of 600mm and beddded in asuitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar ,all as per BS:873 part4 1973
