Urgent Mechanical Repairs and Servicing of 15 Ton EOT crane at WSS Tangnar Stage-2nd

Repairs to 15 ton Overhead Crane by way of:

Extraction of the Damaged/ Broken Flanged gear part of the Hoist Drum gear box coupling assembly after Complete Dismantling of the Hoist rope drum assembly, internal hoist gear box and then manufacturing, providing and fitting of the New MS flanged gear part as per sample out of MS solid round bar of 200mm Dia and 175mm length which includes all machining works on lathe and milling machine like cutting, turning, drilling, boring, reaming, milling of gear teeth etc. as per desired profile of the sample and then drilling and tapping of holes of proper size for proper fitment. The job then includes complete assembling of the gear box assembly and fitting of the same in the Hoist Rope Drum using proper tools & tackles, chain pulley block, skilled labour etc.

After Dismantling the wire rope drum the tangled steel wire rope is to be detangled from the Wire Rope Drum after loosening the Steel wire rope from the Bottom block assembly & the Equalising Assembly and then fitting back of the detangled Steel wire rope on the Hoist drum, Bottom block assembly and the Equalising Assembly.

Disassembling the 3HP CT & 2HP LT motors from the drive system assembly by way of disconnecting the power supply to the electric motors of the crane, opening the fasteners, couplings and then shifting the same to the safe spot using pulley and chain pulley block arrangement to be provided by the firm to thoroughly check the assembly. Cleaning and washing the same using HSD and cloth etc. All the tools and tackles and technical personnel is to be arranged by the firm.

Dismantling the brake system and clutch assembly along with drive system complete assembly of the Hoist Motor, LT Motors (02 No's), & CT motor by disengaging the various connections and then shifting the same to the safe spot using pulley and chain pulley block arrangement to thoroughly check the assembly. Cleaning and washing the same using HSD and cloth etc.

Servicing of the LT & CT Gear Box Assemblies by way of dismantling the gear boxes and thorough cleaning of its parts with HSD, cloth etc. and then filling of fresh Gear oil of appropriate grade, and refitting of same followed by testing on rated load at site.

Replacement of Damaged/worn-out bearings of the of the Hoist Gear Box assembly by way of providing and fitting of New 6220Z bearing of SKF, Fag or equivalent make.

Fitting of 3HP CT & 2HP LT motors on the base frame using proper tools and tackles, chain pulley blocks and then coupling of the serviced motor with the gear box assembly and connecting the power and control cables, then proper testing on No load and full load.

Fitting of 20HP Hoist motor on the base frame using proper tools and tackles, chain pulley blocks and then coupling of the serviced motor with the gear box assembly and connecting the power and control cables, then proper testing on No load and full load.

Fabrication of MS flat strip stoppers for the hoist crane cable guide bar by way of welding of MS flat strips of required size at appropriate position so as to limit the movement of the cable crane guide.

Replacement of damaged/broken plastic crane cable carrier trolleys by way of P/F of new ones.

Replacement of damaged 50mm long M18 socket head screw bolts by way of P/F of new ones

Supply of 80W90 Grade gear oil for the Gear Box assemblies of Hoist Gear box, LT Gear Boxes, CT Gear Box. (Preferred makes: Castor/Shell/Motul or equivalent)

Providing and fitting of hardened carbon steel bulldog grips with nuts conforming to IS 236 for proper gripping of 22mm Dia steel wire rope.

Carriage: Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of various items such as broken or damaged parts, chain pulley blocks, welding tools & plant, tools & tackles etc. using appropriate means of transport as under:

Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1.0 km lead (To & Fro) (For Mobile workshop Van)

Extra per kilometre for lead >10.0 kms upto 20.0 kms

Providing and fitting of 19mm Dia galvanized steel wire rope of 6x19 construction, fibre core with tensile strength upto 1770N/mm2 on EOT crane Drum Hoist etc. (Preferred make: Usha Martin/ Mahadev or equivalent make)

Fabrication, Providing & Fitting of Electric Hoist Crane Rope Guide for 15 Ton EOT Crane as per site requirement. The job includes all charges on account of matching, tools & tackles, skilled & unskilled labour etc. for the complete job.

Providing of 5 Ton 6mtr long lifting Sling Flat Belt for lifting of load of reputed make.

Providing of 10 Ton 8mtr long lifting Sling Flat Belt for lifting of load of reputed make.
