Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning of oxygen manifold supply system (6+6) with fully automatic manifold system Confirming to HTM02- 01/NFPA99 The job includes dismantling of old damaged manifold in gas plant room of GMCH Jammu and Supply ,installation, testing and commission of oxygen manifold system comprising of twin bank i.e. one running and second standby each having provision for connecting 12 cylinders (60 ltrs capacity), regulator(manual), gauges, interconnecting copper piping ,tail pipes (Medical Grade) with NRV for each cylinder ,Isolation control valves on supply line including MS Supports for cylinders etc. complete with oil painting with proper color coding complete. Acceptable Makes: MPS/MEC/JK/MR/AKTIV/GMS/NIKHIL MEDICOS/MDD/MAXON The job also includes interconnection of new manifold to the existing oxygen pipeline in the gas plant of GMCH Jammu with the provision for connecting liquid medical oxygen pipeline.

Providing and laying of Medical Grade copper pipe i.e., oxygen copper pipe as per EN 13348:2001, (Medical Grade), Solid Drawn, Seamless, De-oxidized, Non- arsenical, half-hard fully de-greased (designated to R250). It should conform and meets with the latest BSEN 13348:2001 standard. Chemical compositions as per CUDHP to 1190-1 and CWO 24A to EN 1412. Maximum total carbon content 0.20 Mg/dms. The pipes will be accompanied with manufactures test certificate for the Physical properties & Chemical Composition. Copper Pipes will also have third party inspection certificates from KITEMARK/LOYYDS REGISTERY SERVICES/TUV/SGS. The copper pipe should be suitably embossed with the manufacturing name/logo (Make MAXFLOW/MANDEV) Specifications of Oxygen copper pipe is as below: 22mm OD x 0.9mm thick (1200 mtr approx.; payment shall be made as per actual measurement)

Providing and Installation of Isolation valves at different locations. It should be duly CE marked and comply with 93/42/EEC of medical devices /EN 739 certified.
