Maintenance/repair to 320 KVA Gen set installed at sub station by replacement of lubricant oil filter fuel oil filter bye pass filter, “O’ ring, fuel filter water separator assembly, draining out un serviceable engine oil, cleaning of pump, checking & tightening of mounting nut & bolts, crank case, cleaning of valves, battery terminals, checking of radiator, PH value of coolant, topping with premixed coolant and inhibitor corrosion testing the engine on load and checking for any leakage of oil/fuel/coolant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-(i) Parts required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under Schedule ‘A’ item (ii) The contractor will be responsible for attending any complaint/defect occurs to DG set at odd hours during operation. If the defects are not attended within 4-6 hrs recovery of Rs. 300/- per day will be effected (iii) The contractor has to submit the responsibility certificate of all changed/repaired parts for six months from the date of servicing/repair.

Dewatering the existing U/G sump of 20000 Ltrs capacity and cleaning the internal surface of sump for removing scales, funges, mud and other foreign material ,scrubbing with water using wire brush and watering the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water ,finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of lime wash to internal wall and bottom surfaces etc complete for one time,writing in enamel paint note in block capital letter as cleaned on (date) and due date etc,height not less than 5 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of centrifugal pump of capacity 5 hp ,3 phase shifting to workshop Complete opening for rewinding with super enamled copper wire of existing size & repair/replacement of worn out parts such as shaft,Ball bearing, bush, impellers, coupling ,mechanical seal,jet assembly etc including re-assembling and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting the main supply & taking out the submersible pump capacity 10 HP , 3 phase from the borewell with the help of Chain pulley arrangement and shifting to the workshop and back after rewinding and repair/replacement of wornout parts including refixing with complete electric and water pipe connections & testing after installing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
