Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality two or more coats on old/new surface of inside and outside doors, after scraping and cleaning the surface. Brand : Asian/Berger/Dulux/Nerolac.

Labour charges for removing of existing electrical items(15m case & capping, 15m electrical wiring, 2 sets of sockets & switches, 2 nos. of ceiling fans, 3 nos. of tube lights).

Supply and installation of ceiling grid tiles (false ceiling) with 15 mm thick mineral fibre 600 x600 mm tile of approved make after removing existing false ceiling tiles.

Providing and laying colored full body Vitrified Tiles (600x600mm), stain free/nano finish in flooring/skiriting of different sizes to cover an area of 3m x 4.1m and conforming to IS 15622 in approved color and shade laid on 40 mm thick cement mortar 1: 4 and grouting the joints with matching colour epoxy joint filler, including preparation of base surface, cleaning and finishing at all heights. Basic rate of tile is Rs.75/Sqft. Make: Somany, Kajaria, Nitco or approved equivalent.

Providing and fixing homogeneous Poly Vinyl Chloride Sheet (Antithetic Floor Sheet) of thickness 1.6 to 2mm in flooring and skirting in all floors in approved pattern on a smooth and damp-proof base using rubber-based adhesives of approved quantity and manufacture like Dunlop S-758 Fevicol SR998 or equivalent including surface preparation, cleaning & filling with JK putty / POP if required and rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5kg all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Area to be covered: 3mx4m Make : Tusker or equivalent good quality

Providing and fixing Aluminium Work for doors and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to I.S.733 and 1285 anodized transparent or powder coated to required shade according to I.S. 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections (thickness should be 1.5mm) shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings/directions of Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing of color coated corrugated Roofing Steel Sheet of Tata/Jindal or approved equivalent of 0.40mm thick of approved size and colour, all accessories required for completing the roof work like Tap-screw with self-drilling fasteners/j-hooks/L hooks, nuts, washer etc. fixing the GI frame work on the existing wall with MS plate and anchor bolts fixed on concrete base including the cost of appropriate purlins, rafters, trusses, MS plates, angles etc. complete the work as per design and directed by the engineer-in-charge. The rate includes cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats enamel paint on GI frame after a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding etc. complete. Supply and installation of 5 numbers of Wooden Workstation (custom-built table set) made with 25mm marine ply laminated with 1.0mm thick laminate of approved design and shade, with matching 2mm thick PVC edge banding on the exposed sides and other sides with 0.8mm thick PVC edging and shall be supported by modesty panels (vertical panels) and metallic bars. The vertical panels are to be made with 25mm marine ply laminated with 1.0mm approved laminate using metallic brackets, provided with cable managers and cable trays to pass wires, etc. as per drawings/instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.
