Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including removing green vegetation, roots, bushes,etc from surrounding of LT feeder Boards/Poles/substations etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth for laying of cables errecting of pole including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 02 here-in-above but exceeding more than 1.5 m in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and leveling complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Consolidated/punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment.(ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

Taking up or down 10 sqmm 2 core worn out/ damaged / partially serviceable/unserviceable PVC insulated underground cable, armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors 1100 volt grade from trench including taking out unserviceable bricks,pipes etc testing of cable in the presence of Engr-in-charge to ascertain seviceability,seggregating serviceable and unserviceable cable and keeping in safe custody the serviceable portion for reuse, stocking serviceable bricks for reuse complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' ).

M&L for Painting to existing PCC pole of any type with Black and yellow synthetic enamel paint over existing paint up to 1.5 m height from bottom alternatively strips 30 cm each including painting of ,clamps, nut, bolts with aluminum paint including providing pole number with white enamel paint and 100 mm dia (round) background of blue enamel paint at site complete all as specified and directed.

Paint to existing steel tubular pole of any type complete with two coat of aluminium synthetic enamel paint from bottom to top of the pole inculding black and yellow paint upto 1.5 Mtr height from bottom alernaterely strip 30 cm each including providing pole number with white enamel paint and 100 mm dia (round) background of blue enamel paint at site complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Paint to existing LT panel board of any type complete with two coat of weather proof synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preperation of the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair chain link fencing with post and door frame arrangement for LT panel/two pole structure/four pole structure/etc of height 4 feet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for streching and tightning of existing ACSR conductor any size on LT pole 9 mtr long all as specified (one span consists of 5 ACSR conductors 1 earth wire and cradle guard) includind replacement of J hooks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1.1 kv of size 100mm height and 115 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of section 38 x 5 mm size ,20 mm dia bolt nut and washers complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized cast iron earth plate electrode 600x600 x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level ,connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts and bolts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No -5 of SSR 1991- Part 1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion . Meterial and labour for making locking provision to the LT panel board of any size/type by providing MS flat iron 25x6 mm up to lengh 15cm duly welded to the both front and back door duly holed for making provision for lock including welding of brocken/unserviceable hinges/mounting arrangements of doors and matching with enamel paint of existing colour on the disturbed surfaces and providing pad lock not less than 75mm with triplicate key complete all as specified and directed.

Suppy and fix rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs erecting in true verticle position of steel tublar pole 9 Mtrs long complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug bolt nuts and screws as as specified and of type 410 SP-31 conforming to relevent IS including two coats of aluminium paint over aone coat of red oxide primer to the full length of the pole and also two coats of bituminus paint inside outside of bottom portion upto 1.5 mtrs length and provide circular bend 32 mm dia 1 Nos of length 2 mtrs duly fixed with necessary clamp for mounting LED security light complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separetaly.

Material and labour for Periodical cutting of trees /trimming of branches along the LT overhead lines in a girth of 03 mtrs on either side of the conductors including removing the same and dumping complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Expenditure for necessary tool and plants required for Periodical cutting of trees / trimming of branches along the HT /LT overhead lines are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for Dismantling of ACSR conductors after unbinding from insulators Note:- (i) Total no of conductors in over head line to be taken down shall comprise a maximum of three phase, one neutral ,one street light/security light for measurement length of each conductor shall be taken separately and deposit to MES Store Yard with in 2 KM all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of ACSR conductor weasel (6/1/2.59 mm) to be drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of stay assembly complete with all accessories with 19 mm dia stay rod all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-1Note ;- Loop type insulators, stay clamps excavation PCC will be measured and paid for separately.i) Pit for stay of size 1200x600x1200 mm (ii) stay rod 20 mm dia 180 cm long. (iii) stay plate 30cmx30cmx 6mm thick. (iv) stay bow .

Supply and fixing in replacement of loop type insulators porclain shackle type vitreous white, brown or green of size 60x90mm overall dimension and 20mm clearence hole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only galvanized iron steel wire drawn straight/ horizontal as continuous earth wire on existing LT poles of size 4.0 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to LT panel box/body by repalcing the damaged/rusted MS sheet of existing gauge fabricated cut to size of original length incl providing hinges and other hard ware item like handless etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L cable jointing kit for 1100 Volt grade cable heat shrink type joint complete with jointing meterial and ascessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 150 sqmm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixiing PVC insulated round/flat copper cable of size 3 core, ( 01 x Core 2.5 + 02 x Core 1.5 sqmm) Sqmm for connection of LED lights from FRP junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & erecting in replacement LT PCC pole, 9 Mtr long cross sectional area 102 x 172 mm at top and 102 x 279 mm at bottom class-10 complying with requirements of relevant IS and painting the pole upto 1.50m from ground level with black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm each with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Brackets 1.2m long made to shape fabricated out of GI pipe light grade (ISI marked) 40mm dia including provision of socket/nipple welded at one end to suit the light fitting and fixed to pole in and including all cutting ,drilling and welding etc fixed to poles by means of two sets of clamps made out of 40x6mm MS flat and 6 Nos nuts/bolts of size 75mm long 15mm dia and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. including taking down of old unserviceable street light fittings of any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Day to day complaints of street lights of various type for working height varies from 9m to 15m in the juridiction of AGE E/M, GE (N) Patiala area (for Barsat and Dhablan) within 05 km radious incl removing carbon from LED light connection by deploying dedicated team having the experience in the same field. Contractor has to provide all required Tool and plants for street light fault rectification. Contractor will make record of all given complaints and rectified complaints updated on daily basis. Street light complaints should be rectified within 24 hrs after intimation via any communication mode. Contractor is to collect serviceable lights from E/M stores and deposit U/S LED lights back to store. If the comaplint is not rectified within stipulated time contractor will bear penality of Rs 40 per day per complaint.

M&L for GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth continuity lead beyond test point fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying,galvanised steel tubing light grade complete ith all fitting of size 50 mm dia for cable protection along with pole across road etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix including replacement of old existing insulators from wall and recess, by elapped red DMC earthing GI strip insulators including fixing them by nut and bolts properly, for electrical installation and for lightning arrestor installation fixed on wall and recess complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.
