Repair Maintenance of Servo Voltage stabilizers dry type 200 KVA any make with complete calibration of systems including all parameteras per manufacturere design servicing rectification of defect by replacing minor parts etc, and major parts shall be measured as supply only under items here in after item No 7 to 10. Relevant scheduled while servicing once in three months all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - Service report shall be submit to AGE E/M office for record.

Servicing to LT panels/Feeder pillar boxes comprising MCCBs/change over switches metering eqpt etc. as incomming/outgoing controls including cleaning, greasing the hinges, locking arrangement, checking the seviceability of individual items, identification of the defective parts replacing the wornout fastners, insulators, rubber door beadings, gakets etc all as directed Note:- (1) Unserviceable parts replaced if any shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items.

Removing the existing hinges by cutting and supply and fixing of new hinges all as per existing size

Painting of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc all as specified and directed

Rewiring the LT cubical type panel by means of PVC insulated multi strandard copper wire of existing size including replacing unserviceable connectors, fastners etc,etc after taking out the old unserviceable wiring all as specified and directed.

M&L dismantling the cable connections of four pole/ three pole Air circuit breaker of capacity 630 A to 800 Amps ,415 V 50 HZ of Make : L&T/C&S/ABB make, strip opening the Air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance :- a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution. b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. d) Check arc chutes for damage and replace damaged parts. e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces. Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual. f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability. g) Checking control device free for operation. j) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional Note : The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor spares like lubricants, nuts/bolts/washers/ pins etc. Major spares like contacts, shunt trip coil, relays, CTs etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant schedule items
