Demolition of reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, approns etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete block walling, brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block of any size and shape onforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone dust or sand base filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, and blinded with earth and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 30CmX30CmX20-22 mm thick, machine pressed,(with grey cement & no pigments), set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick bedding layers in CM 1:6 all as specified & directed by Engg-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerbing all around of tile etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge

M & L preparing of new brick, stone, concrete or plastered Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel Paint over Priming paints plaster coats all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing of Old brick, stone, concrete or plastered Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel Paint all as specified and directed.

M & L for provoding Cement concrete of 100mm thickness, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) laid in flooring ( if required laid in alternate panels) including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm width, type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, masonary uncoursed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing old or previously treated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type-C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding/plinth protection and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and directed.

S&F MS flat fixed to Post/Vertical members including securing bolts for chain link fencing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over for securing chain link fencing cut to length bent to shape required including bolting etc complete confirming to FE 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the base as in soil.
