Supply, erecting and installation of steel tubular, swaged pole 9 meters long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts and nuts and screws as specified of type 410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713-1980 duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint throughout, internally and externally up to planting depth and painting remaining portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint to the entire exposed surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer making / pasting three nos circular strips each of 100 mm wide with one yellow and 02 Nos black colour strip synthetic enamel paint and marking / stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint including necessary excavation & earth work, removing excavated soil from site complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Necessary Excavation and earth work, PCC Work for foundation / erection of pole assembly will be paid separately under respective items.

M&L for stay assy complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, galvanised stay strand 7/ 3.15 mm , stay rod 16mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in EP No 01 of SSR Part-I of 1991 or directed by Engr-in-charge ( Excavation, PCC, and loop type insulators will be measured separately).

M&L for loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green complete all as specified and directed.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of LT/HT over head line for repairs. Re-stretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rebinding to the insulators using alumn/GI binding wire and making all existing cable connections all as required at site.

S&F Aluminium conductor of any size with steel reinforced all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacemet cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Routine and periodical work required for trimming / cutting of tree branches of any girth, touching /obstructing the over head lines of HT/LT poles of three phase distribution system at places not more than 40 mtr span distance so as to keep minimum 2.0 mtr clearance all around the lines and poles with due care after taking proper electric shoutdown from concern MES competent staff complete disposal thereof ( trimmed branches) to a distance not exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Cable route indicator made out of stone patties / PCC block of size 15cm x 15cm x75cm in lengths duly engraved and painted with (HT Cable) with projection of 45 cm above ground level and 30 cm grouted in PCC foundation etc complete all as specified and directed. RCC shall be painted with yellow colour above ground and HT cable 11 KV will be marked with Red colour paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included for earth work and PCC foundation etc.

S & F Cable route indicator made out of stone patties / PCC block of size 15cm x 10cm x75cm in lengths duly engraved and painted with (LT Cable) with projection of 45 cm above ground level and 30 cm grouted in PCC foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.RCC shall be painted with yellow colour above ground and LT cable 1.1 KV will be marked with Black colour paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included for earth work and PCC foundation etc.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, nut bolts of size 20x15cm for LT all as spfd.

All as per item No 97 but for HT of size 25x20 cm.

Taking down carefully transformer any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth by dismantling, dis-connecting HT & LT sides, earthings of transformer, supporting angles / cross arms, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site and shifting/refixing in other location under GE Kanpur after cleaning and making all electrical/earthing connections all as spfd and directed.

Servicing of switch air break gang operated device (GOD) 200 amps, 11/6.6 KV, by cleaning moving / fix contact jaw ,MS jumper / MS jumper carrier including replacement of ACSR Jumpers with PG clamps, nut bolts etc and providing white petroleum jelly and making all connection tightened and aluminium lugs etc complete and testing on full operating etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for cork sheet gaskit 3mm thick cut to shape for the top covers and other places with suitable holes for 11/6.6/0.433 KV transformer of any type/capacity including providing if required suitable size of bolts, nuts and washer for transformer top cover complete for any capacity/size transformer all as specified.

Filteration/dehydration of transformer oil for 11 KV/0.433 KV transformers,11 KV OCB's/PT's with stream line mobile 1250 Ltr per hrs filteration machine.(To be provided by the contractor and quoted prices deemed to include its hire charges) at a temperature from 60-75 degree celsius to achieve dielectric strength of oil 60 KV or over at standard gap as per IS 335 of 1993 (Fourth revision) to remove moisture from winding and core and carrying out IR test of primary and secondary of transformer including testing of transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Filtration should be carried out in OFF position, therefore generator and cables will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Test result will be recorded before and after filtration of oil and submitted to Engr-in-Charge in a prescribed manner.

Supply and topping up of insulating Oil/pure hydrocarbon mineral oil, clean and sufficiently free from moisture and of other foreign matter as per ISS-335-1993 (fourth revision) incorporating up to date amendment of breakdown value - 60 KV or over at standard gap after filteration for topping up upto required level in transformers & Switchgears and PT's etc complete all as specified and directed and additional characteristics as indicated below: (a) Oxidation stability (i) Neutralization value after oxidation max 0.4 mg. KOH/gm. (ii) Total sludge after oxidation max 0.01% by weight. (b) Break down value 60 KV or over at standard gap (c) SK value up to 8% Make: APAR (POWER OIL) / CASTROL Note: - 1. Test report from manufacturer to be produced. 2. Filtration/dehydration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for marking/writing feeder names/ SM No / MES No for HT/LT Electrical Eqpts like VCB, Tfrs, LBS / RMU/panels etc with synthetic enamel paint of Make Asian paints Ltd. Or Stickers equivalent of approved color complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling from insulators and taking down earth wire/cradle wire any size from HT/LT over head lines and depositing to MES store yard.

Removing the cover of cable duct for removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants/ shrubs/soil/old sand from cable duct not exc 3' wide and 3' deep and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M and incl filling new river sand, relay the existing cables of any type/sizes and placing the cover after completion all as spfd and directed.
