Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for suspended false ceiling using anodized GI exposed ceiling suspension system of grid size 60 cm x 60 cm width main runner 'T' size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.3 mm thickness and cores Tee of size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.43 mm thick (using 60 cm x 60 cm E board classic 4 mm thick ceiling board) to be placed in grid of GI system duly suspended with 4 mm dia GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing position for light fixtures, air conditioning diffuser and ducks, sprinkler, smoke detector etc. The main runner to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum C/C. The last hanger at the end of each runner should not be placed at more than 450 mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200 mm cross 'T' to be inter locked between main runner @ 610 mm C/C so as to form 600 mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II

Cleaning of old septic tank including internal pipe connections etc by removing accumulated sludge, silt and brick bats and waste materials including sludge water and removing to a distance n.exc 50 mtr deposited the same in excavated pit, of appropriate size and covering the pit with excavated earth including disinfecting the covered pit by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 250 gm (approx) in each pit including excavation of earth pit complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and covering the pit with earth and spreading of bleaching powder shall deem to be included in the unit rate.

Cleaning of sewage line including manhole with bamboo splits or any other suitable device by taking out blocked accumulated sludge and all foreign material complete from man holes and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 m depositing sludge in excavated pits covering the pit with excavated earth and disinfection the covered pit by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 250 gm (approx) in each pit and excavation of pit complete as required including testing for easy flow of effluent by passing water for 100 mm bore SWG drain pipe, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and covering the pit with earth and spreading of bleaching powder shall deem to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and fixing in repair 10 litre capacity PVC low level valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm PVC float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm PVC float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.
