Requiredi) Insurance Surety Bonds, Demand Draft / Account payee Bankers Cheque/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Bank Guarantee of any Commercial Bank against EMD.
Requiredii) Enlistment Order of the Contractor valid on the date of opening of tender. Enlistment order issued by enlistment authority, with validity duly extended, in favour of the CPWD contractor shall only be considered.
Requirediii) GST Registration Certificate
Requirediv) Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD to division office of any EE, CPWD Annexure-A.
Requiredv) Notarized Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs 200 an undertaking on structural stability and soundness of already completed buildings and infrastructure projects (In the Format Prescribed in Form F).
Requiredvi) Notarized Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs 100 Non black listing and Non Suspension of Business by CPWD / State / Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies (In the Format Prescribed in Form H).
Requiredvii) Copy of Declaration about site inspection duly signed as per Annexure B.
Requiredviii) ERP Training certificate
Requiredix) Valid Electrical contractor license or undertaking in agency letter head that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate with the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class.
RequiredNote All Affidavits should show the NIT No., and also be continuous and if it is coming in more than one page then, all the pages should have Affidavit / stamp certificate number, with signature and date on all pages
