Dismantling of the 4 Cusec discharge 40mtr. head HC pump at lift irrigation station Kotgarhi L/L by way of demounting the pumping machinery from the bed plate after removing the pump, motor, electric connections, coupling pulleys, suction and delivery pipes and finally removing the base frame. Breaking the damaged RCC foundation block with the help of chisel, concrete cutter, electric jack hammer, tools/tackles. Cutting of steel members with the help of cutter stepwise during the process of breaking the RCC block and stacking. Completely removal of broken concrete, soil and TMT bars from pump room in such way that the machinery and electric equipment’s of other pumping machinery are not damaged /affected. Disposal of salvage/debris of dismantled foundation away from pump room to such a place where irrigation land and water source is not polluted. Construction of RCC foundation block of size- 6ft length x 3 ft width x 3.5 ft depth by way of making surface even for laying of new RCC foundation block. Fabrication of steel mesh out of 10 mm TMT bars members placed vertically and horizontally at equidistance of 6 inches. Laying of 6-inch concrete base at the bottom to level the surface. Placing of fabricated iron mesh in foundation pit and leveling / aligning it with pumping unit. Fabrication and grouting of 8 no. foundation bolts of size 3 ft in foundation block. Laying of RCC foundation block by filling the concrete in the ratio of 1:1.5:3. The size of the block above the ground level should be of original size and alignment in respect of suction and delivery pipes. The block shall be filled with rich mixture of concrete with using vibrator for compaction. The entire block as one unit is to be laid in such a way that it can damp all types of mechanical vibrations created by dynamic load of pumping unit without causing any defect to the pumping unit as well as to the block itself. Fixing of the base frame after leveling and fastening with foundation bolts. Complete job includes cost of material such as cement, sand, steel gravel, shuttering charges, charges for concrete mixture, vibrator charges and labour charges of skilled as well as semi-skilled labour, curing charges. The material has to be carried to Lift irrigation station from crusher. Providing/ Fitting and installation of Raw water H.C. pump of 4 cusec discharge, 40-meter head coupled with 100 HP induction motor 3 phase 1440 rpm at LIS Kotgarhi L/L. Recommended make of Pump: Kirloskar make or any reputed make as per IS standards Type of Pump: End suction HC Pump. Recommended make of Motor: - Kirloskar make or any reputed make as per IS standards Type of water-: Raw water. The Job includes shifting of HC pump to Lift irrigation station Kotgarhi L/L by mechanical transport. Unloading of pump and then shifting to the LIS manually. Fitting of new pump on the base frame, fastening of suction and delivery pipes with the pump assembly by flanged joints. Fitting and Installation of suitable rating 3 phase motor on the base frame with help of chain pulley block, tripod stand and manual labour. Fitting the motor assembly with help of nuts, bolts and washers. Fitting of new C.I. Coupling/ flexible coupling as per the size of the pump shaft and motor shaft and coupling the pump & motor unit by providing and fitting of cotter, rubber bushes, nuts & bolts. Checking the alignment of the pump and motor assembly with the help of tools and tackles, Making of electrical connections to the motor. After priming of the pump, testing and commissioning of the pumping unit on full load.

Providing and fitting of mild steel (MS) pipe having a diameter of 200 mm for the intended water conveyance system. Pipes shall be transported from the approved source to the site of work, including loading, unloading, and safe stacking. All necessary fittings such as flanges, bolts, nuts, rubber insertion gaskets, and welding electrodes shall be included in the supply. The work also comprises cutting, aligning, and welding of pipe sections using approved welding techniques to ensure leak-proof joints. Where required, flanged joints shall be fitted and bolted with proper gaskets to prevent leakage. The pipeline shall be laid in position as per the site condition. Providing and fitting of MS suction pipe of 200mm dia of length 24 mtr ,6mm thickness. The Job includes modification in suction and delivery pipe as per site condition. Fastening of the MS suction pipe and delivery pipe to the suction and delivery side of pump. Finally, the external surface of the pipes and fittings shall be cleaned and painted with one coat of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, tools, machinery, transportation, and all incidental charges necessary for the successful completion of the work. Complete Job includes cost of material, consumable, handling loading, unloading, transportation charge, labour charges for both skilled/semiskilled labour and hiring charges for crane, tripod stand, tools and tackles required during the execution of the job at site.

Providing and fitting of copper cable of 35 sq. mm of 20 mtr length or equivalent capacity single core Un Armoured copper cable of conforming to relevant I.S. code (IS:7098-2) of reputed make like Havells, KEI, Polycab etc. for electrification of the pumping set of units no 03. Providing and fitting of oil immersed star delta starter for 100 HP Motor of reputed make like L&T etc. The job also involves providing and fitting of new thimbles of suitable size properly crimped and taped. Complete Job includes cost of material, consumable, handling loading, unloading, transportation charge, labour charges for both skilled/semiskilled labour and hiring charges for crane, tripod stand, tools and tackles required during the execution of the job at site.
