Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 7.5 KW, Indoor type air cooled constant current regulator (CCR) of microprocessor controlled based suitable for operation on 240/415 Volts + 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of suitable current output (2.8,3.4,4.0,5.2,6.6 Amps) suitable for local and remote control operation with suitable control supply and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system, with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earthleakage meter, positive back indication equipments, relays, contactors, complete as required for the 7.5 KW rating and confirming to TS specifications enclosed. (FAA Compliant).

Supply of inset type bidirectional high intensity Runway Threshold cum End light fittings complete with lens holder, lens, clamping mechanism, prefocus lamp holder, 3X105W, 6.6 A halogen lamp, gaskets with suitable shallow base other accessories complete in all respect and in compliance with ICAO, Annex-14.

Supply of 300 watt, 6.6A/6.6A, rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required.

Supply of 200 watt, 6.6A/6.6A, rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required.

Supply of 6 Sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment for 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6/16 sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6/16 sq.mm. single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying HT insulation tape over which again applying PVC insulation tape complete etc as required.

Supply of C.I. Transformer housing box water tight round type metal container of out side dia of 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick suitable to receive a light fitting base plate at the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole/s center at one side surface center 75 mm above bottom surface & check nut having two earth bolts & four nuts with washer of M 10x30mm welded inside near the hole (4" away from the hole center) and having following nos. hole suitable to receive 50mm dia GI/HDPE pipe and an other one a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to received 15 mm dia 'B" class G.I. pipe & having clear opening of 220 mm at top surface and 6 nos. M 10 tapped hole at the centere of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate and bolts and as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of inset type light fixture including cutting of existing cement concrete taxiway/apron with Core cutting machine for fixing of inset light fixture with existing quick setting sealant compound such as plasticised sulpher cement/dobefill resin and hardener compound, making transformer connections,earth connections etc connecting plug & receptacles & alingment of fittings with instruments complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 300 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of earth and refilling complete etc as required.

Supply of 6.0 sq.mm. 5KV grade PVC insualted & PVC sheathed, antitermite & antirodent standard copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-1) with upto date amendent and confirming to particular specification etc. as required.

Supply of 50 mm outer dia. DWC/ HDPE pipe as per IS:4984:1995,Material Grade:PE 80, PN 10 and as per specified in particular specification.

Laying of 50 mm outer dia DWC HDPE pipe including coupling,splicing of pipe direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed runway cable of 5 KV grade of 6.0 sqmm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed runway cable of 5 KV grade of 6.0 sqmm size in the open duct as required.

Supply of 2core X 4 sq.mm AFL secondary lead made out of annealed tinned copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed,unarmoured,anti termite & anti rodent treated 600V/1100V grade cable for connection between isolating transformer and airfield light fixtures as specified in particular specification etc complete as required.

Laying of size 2x4 Sqmm secondary lead and making interconnection between isolating transformer and Sign board etc in existing pipe/masonary open duct wherever reqd etc complete as reqd.

Supply of Plug and receptacles suitable for secondary lead of 2 x 4 sqmm EPR insulalted PCP sheathed copper conductor of secondary airfield lighting cables.

Making field connections by Plug or receptacles for existing secondary 2 x 4 sqmm cu cable from isolating transformer to Sign board including applying PVC insulation tape etc complete as required .

Supply of Armoured LT control cable of copper conductor of following size (i) 16 C x 1.5 sq mm

Cutting of cable groove with kerf cutting machine for laying following number of 2x4 sq.mm secondary leads/1 C x 6 sqmm AFL cable, meant for R/W fittings on the concrete/bituminus RWY surface i/c kerfing/chiseling,cleaning and filling the groove with sealant compound after putting sealant primer after laying secondary lead which has been covered with jute for its protection etc as required.

Supply of DOBEFIL 60 of Dr. Beck & Co. or equivalent sealant material suitable for fixing shallow base of inset type Thresold/Taxiway fittings etc complete as required.

Supply of hardner 750 for DOBEFIL 60 sealant etc. as required.

Numbering of Taxiway/Thresold light fixtures/Isolation poles/Feedar pillar with suitable Paint for background and suitable colour paint for letter ,using stencil as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mm long x 40 mm dia including accessoires, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required .

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in ground for loop earthing complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe or in open trench as required. (i) Upto 35 sq. Mm

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 1 C x 6 sq. mm size of 5KV grade PVC insualted & PVC sheathed, antitermite & antirodent standard copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable .

Supply of 40mm dia, 4 mm thick Frangible/GRP cylindrical or equivalent square/ hexagonal/octagonal type pipe suitable to fabricate required length of pole (upto max. Length of 4 mtr) to assemble on existing approach light as per the site condition etc as required.

Installation, testing, commissioning and fabrication on Frangible/GRP pipe of 40 mm dia upto required length, including providing and fixing of suitable frangible coupling at the top of the Pipe and suitable breakable coupling for the existing Base plate at bottom for fixing of existing CAT-I approach light (AMA make) and making interconnection of existing secondary lead with fitting .

Alignment of CAT-1 and SAPL approach light fittings for meeting main beam coverage as per ICAO ANNEX-14 by horizontal and vertical Angle Setting of all CAT-1 and SAPL approach fiitings( CAT-1 900 Mtr and 420 Mtr SAPL considered in 1 Job)

Conducting survey for Elevation of approach light and taking the levels for making gradient including prepare an approach profile indicating the ground level at each point along with the mast foundation level,height of the mast and light as per the ICAO annex 14 specified gradients (1:66mtr) may be applied while preparing the approach profile. ( CAT-1 900 Mtr and 420 Mtr SAPL considered in 1 Job)
