1) Construction of 30000 litres capacity OHT (12m staging Height) at Srinagar in Thalaiyuthu Panchayat in Manur Panchayat Union

EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in hard soil and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. (Hard Soil ) Ist depth up to 2.00m

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying , compacting and curing etc complete

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of pairs putty, wherever required etc complete complying with standard specification

Supplying , Fabricating,Delivery and placing in position MS steel Ladder wide 0.45m made out of 50x50x6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm c/c welded and Jointed etc. , Complete complying with stanard specification.

Providing Manhole cover of size 0.60x0.60 m in RCC 1:11/2:3 mix with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm Ms angle fixed along edges and as directed by Departmental Officers

Refilling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of Woltman model with removal mechanism water meters, (no domestic use) conforming to ISO 4064 part I, II, III Class B and IS-2373 with life cycle test certificate from FCRI/ NABL accridiated lab. The watermeter shall have magnetic drivers or mechanical drivers and shall be versatile for installation in any position. The meters shall be hydrodynamically, hydrostatically balanced. The runner, runner chamber, pointers of the meter shall be as per ISO 4064 specification. Dry dial excavated counter housing fully protected against flooding ensuring easy reading in all climates.
