Comprehensive maintenance for diet kitchen ventilation system installed in DAE Hospital ( running in good condition). It includes cleaning of baffle filters, grilles, replacement of defective bearings, belts and capacitor, fan motor, PC board all type of electrical and mechanical items, painting of ducts and fan blowers etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note: Exhaust blower 5 hp , fresh air blower 3 hp and cleaning of baffle S.S filters)

Painting of packaged air conditioners outdoor unit of capacity 5.5 TR. The work shall includes cleaning of said units, scrubbing and spary painting of sheet metal parts including interior and exterior with one coat red oxide paint and two coat of epoxy paint., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Tinkering of packaged air conditioners outdoor unit of capacity 5.5 TR., It includes minor fabrication, tinkering with white metal paste etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of 5.5 TR capacity air cooled condenser unit: The outdoor (condenser unit) unit of each 5.5 TR capacity shall fabricated with 20 G GI Sheet metal to suit existing Bluestar make packaged air conditioners. It includescopper tube condensor coil, unit base, fan motor with fan blade fan motor bed,fan motor front metal grill,Top sheet, shroud sheet, Wiring sheet,side sheet ,screws,complete all sheet metal parts with two powder coating to withstand saline atmosphere. condenser coil shall be fabricated of seamless hard drawn internally grooved copper tubes and anti corrosive aluminium blue fins, etc ., Note: Material- G.I powder coated, Dimension of ODU in mm: 1098 mm (W) x 455 mm (D) x 915 mm (H)

Supply and installation of Pre-filter made from non oven nylon mesh , one layer of non-woven synthetics fabrics and two-layers of HDPE Nylon meshes. The filter is finally housed in aluminium/ SS Rod / frame.of size: 930 X 460 with 90 % efficiency down to 10 micron size particles, shall not exceed 2.5 mm WG to suit existing bluestar make packaged AC to filter dust particles and fumes etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Validation of DAE Hospital Operation theatre OT-1 and OT-2 system to be done as per ISO 14664 standards and should include the following tests: 1. Air velocity & Air changes test 2. HEPA filters integrity test 3. Airborne Particle count test in each operation theatre.

Supply and installation of deep pleat HEPA filters ( Absolute - Filters) of outer size: height 610 mm X width 610mm X depth 300 mm, HEPA filter inner size height 540 mm X width 540 mm X depth 300 mm of flange type of flow rate 1550 CFM with 99.97 % efficiency down to 0.3 micron size particles, initial pressure drop shall not exceed 25 mm WG including supply and installation of alumunium filter frame wih pleated media over wire rod support and also with necessary selaing arrangement , neoprene rubber gasket,SS bolts , nuts, washers, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Filter shall be DOP tested before despatch.

Supply and installation of fine filters of outer size: height 610 mm X width 610 mm X depth 300 mm , inner size height 540 mm X width 540 mm X depth 300 mm of flange type flow rate of 2400 CFM with 95% efficiency down to 5 micoron size particles, initial pressure drop shall not exceed 7 mm WG including supply and installation of Aluminium filter frame with pleated media over wire rod support and also with necessary sealing arrangement, neoprene rubber gasket , etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of medium weight M.S "C" channels for mounting of packaged AC outdoor units. The "C" channel ISMC 100 as per ISI 808:1989 ( D100 mm X B 50 mm X T 5.0 mm). IS channels of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti - corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer, embedding with brick wall pedestal etc.,complete all as per specification.
