Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as speicifed & directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) with using WPC on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. all as speicifed & directed Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 for ceiling, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly platered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over priming plastered or other surface with alkalli-resistant priming paint over and including 1mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over priming plastered or other surface with alkalli-resistant priming paint over and including 1mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly platered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over priming plastered or other surface with alkalli-resistant priming paint over and including 1mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over priming plastered or other surface with alkalli-resistant priming paint over and including 1mm thick wall care putty on walls complete, all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior Emulsion weather proof coat white or tinted on walls/soffit of chajja surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of exterior Emulsion weather proof coat white or tinted on walls/soffit of chajja surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified directed.
