Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) each n. exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L to returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming, in layers, not exc 25 cm of hard/dense soil

Removing excavated material exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as foundation filling and mass concrete or sub base finished surface fair and even complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete tiles or terracing tiles, brick tiles any description, single layer on roof including removal of existing water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate average thickness of 50 mm on RCC roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, finished the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 kg/Sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/5cm and 350N/5cm in longitudinal and transfers directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180 N by torch on application including minimum 10 cm side over lap and 15 cm end lap and over the membrane finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II (E&M PORTION) :- Supply , laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE (cross linked polythene ) armoured with galvanised round steel wire or steel strip , electric power cable heavy duty, with multi stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches, ducts fix on walls/poles with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads/path/ drain /culverts or enclosed in GI pipe/ fix complete all as specified , for size 16 Sq mm 2 core
