Providing and laying of stone soling / Granular sub base including watering and compacting with 8 to 10 tonn capacity power road roller to specified lines, grades, cross sections, density, finished work to be measured including carriage of materials by mechanical transport from source of supply upto site of work also includes all leads, lifts, loading, unloading and stacking charges complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo mechanically treated bars of grade. Fe-500D or more complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc.

Providing and fixing of movable basketball goal post comprising of heavy-duty M.S fabricated frame, counter weighted base mounted on wheels, acrylic backboard (1800x1050mm) heavy duty spring loaded breakaway (dunking) ring with weatherproof nylon net protective base padding, complete with all accessories, fittings, transportation, erection, testing and commissioning complete in all respects.

Providing and applying acryflex unic floor line marking directly on finished concrete surface for basketball court using approved weather-resistant acrylic paint of specified colour. The work shall include cleaning of the concrete surface, application of suitable concrete primer wherever required, marking the layout as per applicable standards, masking with tape, amd applying two coats of acrylic paint to form 50mm wide lines with sharp edges, including all materials, labour, carriage complete in all respects measurement shall be made on the actual running metre of 50mm wide line marking.

Preparing the existing RCC concrete surface by mechanical grinding / scarifying to remove laitance, loose particles, curing compounds, cleaning the surface thoroughly repairing minor cracks, surface imperfections with approved polymer modifier repair mortar filling depressions etc including labour equipments, carriage complete job as directed by EIC.
