M&L for servicing of Kirloskar/ Cummins Engine of 30 KVA capacity by de-carbonating the engine, opening the cylinder head of the engine, cleaning the head, bottom plate and draining out engine oil and draining out water from radiator, adjusting the tappet timing, setting rocker arm, calibrating of FIP nozzles and aligning of engine with alternator including replacing of one set of head gasket, piston rings, piston inner valves, valve seat all as specified and directed.

All as described in item No. 01 but servicing of Kirloskar/ Cummins Engine of 10 to 15 KVA capacity

M&L for disconnecting mechanical and electrical connections and removing the Alternator 3 Phase 4 wire system 415 V from the engine of DG Sets of capcity 100 to 160 KVA transporting to local workshop, dismantling the alternator, removing the burnt out winding, cleaning thoroughly the slots, re-winding with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge and weight with 'F' class insulation, varnishing, heating, drying, greasing the bearings and rotating parts, re-fixing the same to engine testing on full load all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing radiator from the engine upto 15 KVA capacity DG set, cleaning and de-scaling the top/ bottom tanks and fins repairing the fins/ blocking the leaking fins, removing dust by means of air blower, refitting the same to engine, fitting with new coolant to the capacity of radiator for all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs box type sign board with front facing made out of backlight flex sheet and all other sides covered with 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet with suitable MS frame work including provision of suitable numbers of 18/ 20 Watts LED strip light fittings with necessary internal electrical connections as required and printing of matter on flex board all as specified and as directed. Note: Area of front face of sign board shall only be measured flat and paid for this item.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of double sided informatory/ direction boards of overall size 1200mm wide x 1000mm high made of 50mm x 50mm size polished stainless steel (SS 304) square tube frame work using 1.6mm thick (16 SWG) stainless steel square tubes with 2mm thick (14 SWG) aluminium sheet base including provision of retro reflective engineering grade High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) reflective sheet 3M Type IV conforming to ASTM D 4956 with colour combination as required including HIP reflective informations/ directions/ monograms/ borders on both sides of board including provision of stainless steel vertical supports, suitable size PCC foundation with necessary excavation and earth work at designated locations ncluding dismantling of existing unserviceable information boards of any description and size all as specified and as directed.

Vertical supports shall be of two posts 3250mm high (2800mm above GL upto top of board + 450mm below GL) made out of 50mm x 50mm stainless steel square tubes duly riveted/ bolted/ welded to stainless steel frame work of sign board with necessary stainless steel cleats and bottom of post welded with MS plate of size 200mm x 200mm x 6mm thick including painting the plate with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including provision of stainless steel cubicals/ spherical balls on top of the posts.

Foundation concrete for posts shall be of PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 provided to a size of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm deep over CC 1:4:8 type D2 lean concrete over 100mm thick hardcore including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil.
