M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder, masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 to 10 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on surfaces of walls/ceiling including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

M&L for 15 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster in one layers on the wall surfaces with water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions and including finishing the surfaces of even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed, Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Notes : (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) WPC shall be paid for separately.(2% of weight of Cement and CM 1:4)

Material and labour 2 coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of acrylic primer on newly plastered undecorated surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface of wall including necessary scaffoldings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the old surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, soffit of beams, columns etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Notes (i) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE. (ii) Painting shall be carried out in camouflage pattern as aprroved by the GE.

M&L for providing TMT bars any dia in various structural RCC elements like columns, beams, Slabs etc. including cutting, bending, fixing of bars with welding/ tying as required at site with & including binding wires etc. and all relevant works like anchoring of the bars in the existing RCC Members, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course over RCC roof/ terrace surfaces to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions,including demolition of brick/cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

M&L for Durastone Non skid roof tiles (300x 300) x 10-12 mm thick in floor set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of morar 20 mm in cement mortar 1:6 including

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including taking down existing APP water proofing traetment including cement/Lime plaster on roof including all necessary scaffolding /staging for working at any heights upto and including 24m as required and disposing off the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m and not exceeding 1.0kmcomplete all as specified with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (d) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescibed by manufacturer. (Note :- Bitumen primer paid separately)

M&L cement plaster (1:3) with 10 mm thick to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement, , complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only).

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1998 grade St.-240 including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 gde E including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided forcomplete all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm long n exc 15 cm long diameter of shank 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description , over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages: Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc . Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd(and allow to dry for 8 hours) under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP(The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufacturer instruction Stage 5:-Again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 20mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar, hedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed .

M&L non skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of morar 15 mm in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Serial item No 35 here-in-above but screed bed or bedding layer of morar 10 mm in cement mortar 1:4 on walls surfaces, such as skirting, to slab etc. complete all as specified and as dircted.

M&L for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7mm/450x350x7mm thick in dado/ skiting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, over and incl 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of capacity 500 to 1000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs to roof below, and replacing (or hoisting if required), re-fixing in position and re-connecting on completion of roof work including cleaning and removal all scales and dirts etc from mouth of pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28.00 above but 1000 litres upto and including 2000 litres

S & F 1000 litre Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including taking down old tank complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Note : A sum of Rs 38,325.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum
