Fabrication and Supply of 12 meter high G.I. Trestle tower (Hot dipped Galvanized as per IS 2629 specifications and minimum 120 microns galvanizing) with all members, accessories, G.I nuts & bolts, foundation bolts, washers etc. including supply of template, all materials as per approved drawings/specifications or as directed, tools & plants, transportation charges, loading & unloading, testing charges, cost of supply of all tower complete from approved manufacturers/ supplier etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. The tower shall have the provision for fixing of earth tape (25 mm x 3mm copper stripe). Drawing of the trestle tower will be supplied by the Department.
a) GI Trestle Tower Materials Confirming to 120 Microns
b) Assorted Size of G.I Half / Threaded Bolts & nuts, Washers
c) Supply of 12m high Lighthouse Tower Template
Conveyance/ transportation of one number 12 meter G.I. trestle Tower from the factory/ manufacturing unit to Deep Bhavan premises at Port Blair including cost of all labours, tools & plants, cranes, trucks etc. for loading of tower material from factory/ manufacturing unit, transportation to Port Blair and unloading the tower material to Chatham/ Haddo (Port Blair) jetty and jetty to Deep Bhavan office and properly stacking of tower material at godown in Deep Bhavan premises etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
