Fabrication of Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening of door, lockable doors having hidden hinges locking system inside the panel and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide protection .The each compartment of the fabricated LT panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipment’s of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized. The control wiring of the panel will be done with flexible copper wires of 1.5sq mm and each wire will be terminating with a copper ferule crimped having panel size 1650 X 1800 X 450mm. Dismantling of old panel, structure, damaged components after isolating the electric supply, removing the power cable with the help of Gas cutter, grinder, heavy manual labour, etc. and othet T&P items required to complete the job.

Laying & making end termination of both incoming & out going side of above cable . The charges also include Loading, unloading by crane & heavy labour & cartage up to site.

Installation fixing of new panel with MS angle stand FOR PANEL 40X40X6MM with all electrical and mechanical connection with proper thumbing tapping & connection of cable with motor. Making the MS angle & channel, grouting with the required civil work for proper installation of LT Panel.

Testing & commissioning of the panel & other accessories with relevant IS as follow: - Check equipment’s specification, Continuity and ear thing , MCCB mechanism and alignment, Meggaring of all equipment’s for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth, All functional tests, Checking for all tightness of nuts and bolts, Alignments of doors etc., interlocking tests
