Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of M10 grade with 30% stone including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and Laying of cement cocrete of specified grade of M20 grade upto plinth level using 20mm aggreagtes

Providing and Laying of cement cocrete of specified grade of M20 grade in the wall using 20mm aggreagtes

Placing and laying of RCC of specified grade M20 mix in slab using 20mm nominal size aggregates

P/F of reinforcemt for RCC i.e cutting, bending, binding and laying in position, Qty vide item No 3,4 & 5

Providing cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 mix of 50 mm thick with complete job.

12mm thick cement sand plaster in (1:6) mix

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns
