Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement plastering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces on walls applying one coats of OBD oil emulsion paint (light shade) @10 Sqm /ltr/two coats by using roller to wall surfaces over and including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 Sqm /ltr /one coat using roller brush or by mechnical spray all as directed by Engr-in-Charge as recommended for under coat by manufacturrer of interior emulsion by using follwoing brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and as directed. Make of wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of OBD: Asian (TRACTOR) / Berger (BISON) / Nerolac (BEAUTY SMOOTH) .

M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces on walls including cornices and applying two coat of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
