Conversion of existing 33 KV single pole support into section type double Double pole by fixing of 1 no top channel 125x65 mm of 3244 mm, 1 no guarding angle 3500 mm long 6 nos 33 KV disc fitting and disc insulator 24 no 3 no pin and 33 KV pin Insulator and other associated work grouting, painting and plinthing of new pole also include this work (all material arranged by contractor except steel & pole & insulators) as per RESPO norms.

Erection of single stud pole support on ST pole 11 M long with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required for erection.

Laying of 33 KV XLPE Cable.

Double circuit Cable laying in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. Inter axial spacing between the two cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m. the two cables should be separated by a partition of single bricks (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Stringing & sagging of three phase 33KV line on ACSR Dog conductor as per RESSPO Norms. (Conductor provided by the department. )

Hoisting of 33KV XLPE cable on double pole with MS pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts (Nut & Bolt arrange by the contractor).

LT WORK

Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/Fs on S/S Type D/P & installation, commissioning of 25/ KVA T/F including cost of L-pieces and lugs jumpering with the system WITH ELECTRODE EARTHING ( All the required material for above job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs)

Installation of tell less fuse unit on D/P for 25 KVA T/F (Tell less fuse unit provided by contractor)

Nozeling, winding & grouting of stay set. (All the civil material & stay set will be arranged by the contractor except stay wire).

Fixing of earth rod (2500x20mm) as per norms. For earthing support of old existing poles of 33, 11 KV lines including 6 SWG GI/Earth wire. (earthing rod provided by department)

Grouting, Plinthing and Painting of new erected 11M long ST poles of single pole support, double pole cable exposures and end type poles of 11 &33 KV lines

Digging of Pit in kachcha/ Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of Pole, Dragging of STP from nearby place/Dump, Erection of Single pole along with stone pad in bottom with proper alignment of line for 33 KV line on 11 M long ST Pole and refilling with ramming of earth.

Grouting of pole in depth of 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick ballast as per RESPO norms.

Construction of pole plinth 300mm x 450 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone grit as per RESPO norms.

Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of red oxide paint, PO red paint at top of pole 2 M & balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint ISI of Burger/Nerolac/Asian mark as per norms.

Dismantling of 11KV line, L.T. lines & distribution boxes and its dump at suitable place on site up to completion of work and its safe loading/unloading/weighing carriage from dump site to je"s store/ESC daliganj (Except broken PCC Pole).
