Work

Earth work in exacavation by mechanical means(hydraulic exacavator/manuel means in foundation trenches or drains(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqmon plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift up to 1.5 m,including getting out the exacavated soil and disposal of surplus exacavated soil as directed ,within a lead of 50 m,(all kind of soil)DSR sl no.2.8.1

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one per hole , 300 mm apart including dreilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 course sand ) to match the existing floor with chlorophriphos lindain E.C. 20% with 1% concentration . DSR sl no. 2.35.3

P/L of cement concrete 1:5:10(1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete i/c cost of formwork in foundation and floors.DSR sl.no 4.1.10

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation & plinth Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).DSR sl.no 6.1.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).DSR sl.no. 5.3

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.DSR sl no2.25(a)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).DSR sl no. 6.4.2
