SCHEDULE `A' ( CIVIL WORK) Demolition brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of demolished materialfrom work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 2 above but except brick. Note: Brick shall be obtained from demolition item.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting 100 mm internal dia new drains, making good to pipe and rendering ,cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( 1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished , and reforming benching complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing of demolished material from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type M-25, Design Mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast manhole cover / gully trap cover slab set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified. Note : (i) Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CE's running contracts. (ii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of form work. (iii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Material and labour for reinforcement Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 8/10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, benching, copings, bed plates, surface channel, and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes ( salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete/SWR ) set in cement mortar of 150mm, 200 mm and 450 dia bore as infoul position and removal of unserviceable pipe from work site,all as directed.

Supply and laying of 160 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed having 4mm wall thickness of pipe, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed and laying including necessary coupler, bed tee as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Supply and laying of 200 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed having 4mm wall thickness of pipe, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed and laying including necessary coupler, bed tee as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing uner , and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested ;in cement concrete 1:3:6 Type-C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for 160 mm bore dia pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing and as directed.

Supply and Fixing factory made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles),with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 4mm thick Moulded prelam PVC Sheet on the front face and 4mm Plain colour PVC sheet on back face, with particle board core fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specied.

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drg and as directed.

Supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick (nominal) froested sheet glass, ordinary quality , in squares, not exceeding 0.50 sqm each each pane fixed with oil putty complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed of GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm nd web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm ech and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fastners with and including ceiling section ( not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed of seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800x1200mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips had with under head cutter at 200 mm c/c, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed of Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. ( upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fixed of 2mm thickness fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw or J -hook and washer in roof , wall etc.all as specified.

Supply and fixed Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St. 240 complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified (Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed of size (300 x 200 mm / 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for Machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite, (table rubbed and polished) in decorative shelves, steps, pillar, jambs, cocking platform including bedded and jointed in cement mortar ( 1:4) including cutting and polishing, pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as specidied.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructionscomplete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying with two coats of procative and decorative modified acrylic exterior water based paint with silicon additives (@ 5.5 sqm per litre) over a coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand, paint shall be applied with roller and work to be executed at above three storey building proving tubuka scaffolding mandotary including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as speciified.

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.) (iv) Treatment shall be done by authorise applicator of the firm (v) Cutting groove in brick wall 75 mm wide & 65 mm deep and sloping horizontal face of groves with cement mortar 1:3 (vi) APP water proofing work shall be carried out through from authorized applicator of manufacturer and approved by GE in writing.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for consealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / fan point / exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.
