Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shuttters from frames) size n .exc 1.5 Sqm and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in opening complete solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm one side prelaminated any colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick(Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tube for top & bottom rails. M>S frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelaminated decorative any colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside wqith solvent cement for stiles and prelaminated colour PVC sheet for top rail, Lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of both side prelaminated decorative colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame of standard section for doors, windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters , side hung type / sliding without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber packing , anodised aluminum snap beading , screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (01 No). hinges type B-21 100mm long (02 Nos) suitable handle (01 No) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 3 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 250mm long aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinges, 100 mm long, medium weight, cold rolled fixed with steel screws or welded to angle iron frame where required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls, facia etc to be finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra Cement using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm , including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets , including 32 mm dia CP waste waste fitting and PVC waste pipe of required length complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for granite tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types including 20 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for granite stone tiles dado 20mm thick machine cut in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing of mirror finish type including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1 :4 on brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slabs flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over 20 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slabs in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel sheet 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and waste; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortat bedding (but not backaing coat) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quaility Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250mmx7mm/450X350X7mm /450x300x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall to receive vertical tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quaility non skid coloured ceramic dark tiles of size 7-8 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm bur not exc 0.18 Sqm (400x400mm) as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC cement concrete above ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) un reinforced complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate ) for sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for fully vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick Dark shade (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc,, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in shite or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 50 above but in vertical surface such as skirting, dado and risers over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall to receive vertical tiles

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered or concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather coat/exterior emulsion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing/cleaning of sand/silt, mud,etc under culvert and in the drain of any width and length in soft/loose soil including depositing of removed material from site at a distance exc 900 m and n exc 1000 m deposited where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finish the surface even & smooth by using extra cement as in flooring laid in panels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificially provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping/Benching incl necessary form work and finishing of exposed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descrption and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 35 mm thick precast ( 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm gradded stone aggregate ) cement concrete jalli including all mouldings set in cement mortar 1 :4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B-1 with using 20mm graded stone agg) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc). Chulah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 8 mm to 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally, hooking and binding with & incl MS wire 0.9 mm dia etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete, 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, paving etc, finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement and including use and waste of form laid panels work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm thick precast cement concrete coloured interlocking tiles of grade M-35 any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment in floors / pavements incl 30 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 250X250X50 mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with holes for grass with grey cement and pigment laid in well rammed earth in floors / pavements complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description including barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing concerntina spiral coil fencing with punched tape concentrina coil 600 mm dia and 6 m max openable length, upto 3 m height of wall with angle iron Y shaped with 9 horizontal RBT reinforced barbed wire studied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal incl necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of EIC, with reinforced barbed wire tape (RBT)/spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.47 gm/m including taking down of old unserviceable concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
