REPAIR MAINT OF HT 11 KV NETWORK ALONGWITH CABLE, VCBs, DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AND REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ROAD STREET LIGHT, POLE, JUNCTION BOX AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN DINJAN UNDER GE (AF) MOHANBARI

Taking out serviceable/ unserviceable HT UG cable from trench/ duct/ pole surface of cross sectional area 95//120/185 sqmm, 3 core of any make/ type after electrical disconnection including protection covers, pipe etc of any descriptions complete including segregation of serviceable materials viz protection cover, pipe etc and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for reuse/ further disposal complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Serviceable cover/ pipe will be kept aside for re-use.

Supply, fixing/ laying, testing, connecting and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed type) grade of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ on wall/ pole/ duct/ pipe including suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid on ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing/ laying, testing, connecting and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed type) grade of cross sectional area 120 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ on wall/ pole/ duct/ pipe including suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid on ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying/ re-routing of serviceable (as obltained from taking out) HT cable of size 95/120 sqmm, 3 core of any make/ type inclung making electrical connection complete all as specified. (Note: Earth work shall be measured & paid separately).

Relaying of old serviceable (as obltained from taking out) PCC cable cover in trenches for mechanical protection of UG HT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 2 with peak, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm spread in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable or spreading on surface for switch yard complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid. (ii) Fine sand, free from any type of seeds, vegetation, grass etc shall be laid in switch yard and rate for making sand neat and clean is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate.

M&L for spreading of graded crashed aggregate 40mm nominal size to a true surface and leveled in layers not exc. 20 cm thick for switch yard complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 120 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, indoor end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint all as specified and directed.

M&L for dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different sub stations of Air Force Station Dinjan. (b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified and directed. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Power oil/ Truoil.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) of old painted steel or iron surface of 25 KVA to 200 KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings & fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emery paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Disconnecting the distribution transformer outdoor/ indoor type from HT and LT side, opening carefully at site, draining out transformer oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse) upto HT/ LT box for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 100 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, refilling the transformer oil and re-assembling after repair including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/ LT side and testing on available electric load complete all specified and directed. Note:- (a) Defective parts shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". (b) Charge of welding work (if require) is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification.

Supply only top cover gasket set of existing specification and size.

Supply only HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV of existing specification.

Supply only oil level indicator suitable for 25 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer alongwith connected accessories complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of air breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for 25 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducer/ connector complete as per site requirement all specified and directed. Note:- Cost of modification (if required to fix on existing MS pipe) shall be deemed to included in the item quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with & including MS clamps, bolts, nuts and of size 25 x 20cm for HT 11KV complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for lifting of distribution transformer of capacity 25 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV carefully by suitable transportation (crane) after disconnecting all HT/ LT electrical connections, earthing strips, foundation nuts & bolts from 2-pole structure and shifting to a location not more than 100 m and reconnecting all electrical connection to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work require for re-routing of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation including necessary earth work, form work complete all as required at site including all demolition of old foundation complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of flex fiber board of minimum thickness 5mm, surface/ wall mounting type, digitally printed with letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) as per sample including cutting into pieces as per site requirement complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fine sand spreading on surface for switch yard for base of paver block complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Surface dressing n exc15 cm deep complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay in trenches brick, common burnt in clay, building brick, sub class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Taking down or out existing cable of sizes 2/3.5/4 core 10/16/25 sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station including segregation the serviceable cable by cutting down defective portion after testing by meggar (insulation tester) , stacking and rolling unserviceable cable for further disposal all as directed by Engineer in charge Note :(1) Excavation / cutting of road or floor/ GI pipe & laying / relaying of cable etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule ( 2 ) Serviceable brick protection to be stacked carefully for counting and re use.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified.

Relaying only serviceable cable obtained from taking out in same or new location or through cable ducts inside sub station of size 2/3.5/4 core 10/16/25 sqmm in trenches / ducts / along walls / poles / under road etc including necessary new cable lugs, glands etc complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for boring under roads in conventional method without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing of cable protection pipe of size upto 50mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line/ street light (except embedded portion), 8.5/9 Mtrs long complete including all MS work mounted on pole, earth protection & water pipe (if exists) by necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and applying two coat of aluminium paint and providing 03 Nos bands/ straps with blue colour synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on back ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable 1.5 sqmm, three core of copper conductor for connection of street light/Flood light / post top lanterns/garden lights etc. fittings on pole / wall / pillar from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip etc complete in all respect through existing GI tubing of size 15mm/20mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable 2.5 sqmm, three core of copper conductor for connection of street light/Flood light / post top lanterns/garden lights etc. fittings on pole / wall / pillar from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip etc complete in all respect through existing GI tubing of size 15mm/20mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light 70 W, 230 volts, 50 Hz, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having driver compartment with IP66 protection suitable for mounting on pole etc complete all as specified. M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation including necessary earth work, form work complete all as required at site and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cable junction box IP 66 weather proof for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) size 205 x 255 x 112 mm suitable for 16/25 sqmm cable fixed to pole/ wall with suitable FI clamp 20X3 mm, nuts , bolts and washers including provision of 01 No MCB, single pole, 240 volts, 10 KA 10 Amps, and suitable aluminium bus bar/ connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe of 40 mm dia medium grade bend to shape of 1.2mtr length fixed with GI/MS clamp and nutbolts of suitable size for street light bracket including re-fixing of street light of any type and capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down of existing unserviceable single fittings for repair, maintenance of street/ security/ perimeter/ garden/post top lantern light fittings etc of LED of any wattage or make from pole/ wall/ building/ tower at any height by disconnecting electrical connections and repairing by split opening the same in to the parts for fault finding and replacement of unserviceable spare parts i.e. surge arrestor, LED driver, wire, pipe etc with same capacity, testing and refixing at same location or as directed after necessary repair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The spare parts LED driver shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) minor spare parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, cotton waste etc deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Inventory of all defective parts required to be replaced will be recorded in a separate register alongwith pole No & location / area and type of light fittings before replacement duly signed by JE, Engineer-In-Charge & contractor and the same shall be produced at the time of payments for verification.

S&F in replacement of automatic nature timer (based on lux level of natural light) based street light panel 3phase, 12-18KW, IP66 with in-built nature switch, power contactor, incoming & outgoing 40A TP MCB, pole/ wall mounted type, thermoplastic polymer weather proof enclosure, internal connecting cables complete all as specified and directed.
