   Bulk / Full quantity of this tender is restricted to be procured from RDSO approved sources only for RDSO Item ID:3100106 , Electric Lifting Barrier & Sub Item ID: 3100106001, Friction Clutch Sub- Assembly. The material will be as per RDSO Specn. No. RDSO/SPN/208/2012/Ver.2.0 and Amendment 1 or latest., Clause No. 2.5.1 of GCC attached herewith may be referred to for full details. Developmental order may be placed on firm as per clause no.2.5 of SER Instructions to Tenderers and General conditions of Tender w.e.f 16.05.2025. Status of approval will be considered as on the date of tender opening only as per clause 2.5.1 of SER Instruction to Tenderers & General conditions of Tender w.e.f 16.05.2025

(c) I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered.
