Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for natural river sand as cushioning of cables including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and Laying old size bricks , sub class 'B' of size 230mm x 115 mm x 75 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed. Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6 mm thick buried direcly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part I-2009 and earth wire protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40mm bore and through test point, filling of adequate quantity of charcol and common salt including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chamber with cast iron earthing pit cover having size 300 mmx300 mm, weight not less than 7.5 Kg conforming to relevant IS with frame complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

Supply, commissioning erecting and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silient (sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 250 KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangements, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Bamrauli (capacity of engine, alternators shall worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation of suitable size leaving at least 0.5m all around for ease of movement and 0.5m height as per manufacturer's instruction, anti-vibration pads complete all as specified and directed, including all feature to comply with RECD fitted as per latest CPCB-IV guidelines and comprising of followings:-

(A) DIESEL ENGINE :- Diesel engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, Multi cylinder, four stroke, conforming to IS:100001/ISO 3046/BS:649/BS:5514 amended upto date, for continous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 250 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bamrauli ( Taking all derating factor into consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject ot the design of manufacturer:- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. (ii) Air cleaner oil bath type (iii) Electronic Governor class 1C (iv) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level (v) Radiator cooling (vi) Radiator fan with guard (vii) Vaccum indicator (viii) Fuel filter and fuel houses

(ix) Fuel injection pump (FIP) (x) Fan and water pump assesembly (xi) Lub oil filter and pump (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type started motor including adequate number of high capacity maint free lead acid bty as per manufacturer recommendation including inter connecting cables/leads with terminals complete with starting/stopping switch voltmeter, etc 01 set (xiii) Engine safety shut down system against low oil pressure and high water pressure (xiv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charge (xv) Oil filter (xvi) Lub oil cooler (xvii) Engine main manual with spare part list (xviii) Suitable designed acoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulations (xix) Any other item not included / specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.

(B) ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL :- Engine instrument panel shall comprising of the following:- (i) Starting on /off switch. (ii) water temp gauge. (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator (iv) Lub oil pressure gauge (v) Lub oil temperature gauge (vi) Battery charging meter (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure. (viii) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.

(C) ALTERNATOR :- Alternator shall be of self excited, self regulated, brush less for 250 KVA continous operation at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz three phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible couping and conforming to IS-4722 complete-01 No. The alternator shall have following features :- (i) +1% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions (ii) IP-23 protection with insulation class H (iii) Permissible over load of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation with standard design with IP23. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition.

(D) Mounting Arrangement :- Engine and Alternator are mounted on a common fabricated base frame made from structural channel, jerk proof, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per manufacture recommendations. Bottom mounted (or as per manufactures design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 12 hrs continuous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per standard engineering practice complete Bypass arrangement by providing separate panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 63 Amp is to be installed near AMF panel complete with:- (i) Hour run meter. (ii) Any other item not included/ specified but is a standard design to the manufacturer.

(E) AMF CONTROL PANEL:- Supply, fabricating and testing of factory mounted or OEM manufactured, cubical automatic main failure panel with degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS-2147, suitable for 250 KVA capacity DG Set, fabricated using 14 Gauge CRCA sheet, powder coated comprising of suitable rated bus bar, internal wiring with control fuse, provn of connecting incoming and outgoing leads/ bus bar as approved with and including following accessories:- (i) Master switch for auto/manual/reset/off- 01 No (ii) Ammeter digital type, 96mmX96 mm with CT's-03 Nos Aux supply 230 Volts AC, acuracy class 1. (iii)Voltmeter digital type 96mmx96 mm to read 0-500 volts supply 230 volts, accuracy class 1.0 (iv) Digital frequency meter-01 No Aux supply 230 volts, AC (v) Push button start, stop, reset-01 No. (vi) Set of lamp for indicating load a set, low pressure, high cylinder temperature, load on mains, set fails at start, low oil presure.

(vii) Transformer of adequate rating. (viii) Ractifiers (ix) DC Ampere meter and Voltmeter. (x) Fault accept / reset push button. (xi) Set of relays and contactor suitable for 250 KVA DG Set for automatic start and automatically shut down of suitable rating and capacity adjustable to 70 to 100% and 2 Nos MCCB 4 pole, 250 Amp, 16 KA fixed on main supply and DG set supply. (xii) Make of AMF control panel shall be as per OEM recommendations. (F) Notes : (i) PCC foundation for DG Set and panel boards shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. PCC foundation of adequate/required size extending to 1.0 M all round more than the size of DG set, as per manufacturer design.

(G) Testing of DG Set (i) The DG set will be tested on load of unity power factor (PF=1) for the rated KW rating of the DG set. During testing the DG set will be run for a period of 12 hrs non-stop at full rated capacity on full load and one hr on 10% extra load above the rated capacity after 12 hrs of continuous run. (ii) The contractor has to arrange external load for the testing of DG sets at his own cost. The cost deemed to be included in the quoted amount. (iii) The contractor has to arrange POL/Diesel/Staff/Technician at his own cost for the testing. The cost deemed to be included in the quoted amount.
