Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work etc. including cleaning/ removing all dust from existing roof surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces of slab in CM 1:4 with admixture of liquid water proofing compound @ 250 ml per bag of cement on green concrete surfaces complete all specified and directed. Note: Water proofing shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L applying one coat of cold bituminious primer @ 0.4 litre per Sqm on plaster surface including cleaning of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm per Sqm) laid over primed surface by force application and APP membrane shall be covered with bituminious based aluminium paint @ 0.2 Kg per Sqm in two coats complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer with a coverage of 350gm per sqm on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluable and adhesive protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats. Product: Sika Rustoff-100 or equivalent makes M/s Fosroc or M/s Pidlite. Note: Measurement per sqm surface area of concrete shall be considered for payment.

Providing and application of zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for existing rebar corrosion protection system in 2 coats of 0.4 kg per sqm. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78. Product: SikaTop Armatec-108 Plus or equivalent makes M/s Fosroc or M/s Pidlite. Note: Measurement will be surface area of concrete shall be considered for payment.

M&L providing and applying 15-20 mm thick layer of single component, fibre reinforced, sulphate resistant, low shrinkage, high performance cementious structural repair mortar conforming to EN 1504-3 Class R4 on exposed concrete surface as per technical specification. Material should have Compressive strength ≥ 55 MPa as per EN:12190, Chloride ion content ≤ 0.05% as per EN:1015-17, Adhesive bond ≥ 2.0 MPa as per EN:1542, Carbonation resistance dk ≤ control concrete [MC(0,45)] as per EN:13295 & Elastic modulus ≥ 20.0 GPa as per EN:13412. (Complete finished item with all leads and lifts) Product: Sika MonoTop-122F or equivalent makes M/s Fosroc or M/s Pidlite. Note: Measurement will be surface area of concrete shall be considered for payment.

Demolition brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of debris from the site complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down cement plaster/ terrazo finish on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L two coats of distemper oil emulsion over chalk whiting, preparatory to distempering, on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- The rates do not include for the supply of integral water proofing compound, which shall be paid for in addition at “supplied only rates separately, as applicable.

M & L two coats of cement paint on plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surface after complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L applying two coat of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L two coat of white wash on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of wall putty (Asian / JK / Birla), preparatory to distempering on old surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc with joints filled wih sand mix or bituminous at every interval of 3 metre all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling floor or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 450 x 350mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 – 25mm thick over and including cement screed base 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fix as in replacement integrated LED batten 9/10 watt, 2 feet long, full white in Engineering plastic batten with white acrylic cover with built-in electronic driver, pre-wired and connecting up with twisted twin core flexible copper wire of 0.5sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by GI pipe 15mm bore, medium grade, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including CI cover, frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Note:- 1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
