Construction of Prefabricated Food Processing Unit at KVK Tabo Distt. Lahaul &Spiti on Turn key basis.The brief specification are as under:- Foundation- -PCC foundation 1:1.5:3 with locally available material ( 20mm aggregate of nominal size 750x750x900mm deep. After excavating the pits of 750 x 750 x 1050 mm size for embedding the posts and bottom layer of 15cm thick is 1:5:10 with 40mm nominal size aggregate. Plinth- -Plinth beam of size 230x230 mm all around at ground level in RCC 1:1.5:3 or M20 mix and plinth protection in 1:3:6 mix 50mm thick all around the building of 60cm wide. 150mm thick CC 1:5:10 under flooring. Structure- -Height of posts above ground level will be 4.0 Mtr at eaves end and central height of Ridge 6.0 Mtr from ground level 100x100mm x 5mm thick 12 nos. posts as per drawing appended @ 2.5 Mtr centre to centre with 10mm thick MS sheet of size 450x450 mm at bottom of posts. Rafters of size 100x100 x 5mm thick and purlins as per roof design to with stand 1200mm snow load and seismic zone 5 parameters. Roofing- -30 degree slope two side lean to roof with precoated galvalum sheet 0.50mm thick tct with base insulation under roof sheet with base insulation under roof sheet of 50mm thick and 48 Kg/cm2 density of glass wool / rock wool / aluminum foil supported weld mesh complete. Nomenclature continued to 1.2

Water Supply- -Inlet connection for water from existing pipe line and outlet for used water complete in all respect. Walling- -100mm thick Aerated Concrete panels for wall on periphery with GI channels and jointing with compound and tape to make it weather proof. Door windows- -Door at entrance size 2400x2400 = 1 No. -Window size 1800 x 1200 -with 50% open-able shutter (Three track) = 3 nos. -All in UPVC with double glass insulation unit. Painting- -Outer painting of approved shade in apex ultima or equivalent -Inner paint – Acrylic paint of Asian or equivalent make of approved shade. Flooring- -Flooring should be finished in 10mm thick full body vitrified tiles and central drain covered with MS grating throughout the length of building – 150mm wide and 100mm deep. Nomenclature continued to 1.3

Electrification- -Complete with in all respect i.e. LED tube lights six no. 10 watt and three no. hanging lights from ceiling / roof of 36 watt LED two no. exhaust fan 18” heavy duty with wiring & modular switch ( anchor / great white or equivalent) and wire of Heavells / RR Kable or any equivalent make) and MCB panel and 6 Nos. heating points with chemical earthing complete in all respect. -Outer lights two no. LED 45 watts one front side and one back side complete as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Complete job work as per the drawings appended.
