Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, lamp holders, regulators, switch socket outlets, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single runs PVC insulated FRLS grade, 1100V grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq. mm (Nominal area) (ISI Marked) drawn in and including PVC Casing capping of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC flush box/ Metal flush box/ sunken box of suitable size and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS grade, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (ISI Marked) terminated the box for following type of point wiring including making good disturbed of wall completed all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

For one light ,fan,3 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amps and bell point controlled by one, one way normal/modular Switch.

For one 3 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amps point on same board.

For one 3 pin socket outlet 5/6 Ampsindependent point but below the switch board on same board.

All as per Item No. 2 here-in-before but with FRLS grade, (ISI mark) PVC insulated and unsheathed two run multistranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm for one power point of 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board including FRLS grade (ISI mark), PVC insulated, unsheathed one run multi-stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Bell push, flush type, 5/6 Amps, single pole, 230 V (ISI mark) completed all as specified and directed.

M & L Sub main wiring with two runs of 10 Sqmm FRLS grade, (ISI mark) PVC insulated, multi stranded, unsheathed, copper conductor and two runs of, PVC insulated multistranded FRLS, grade (ISI mark) unsheathed copper conductor of size 10.0 Sqmm green colour as earth lead including PVC casing capping of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed, including taking down old unservicable one. Note:- 2 runs of 10 Sqmm (2x10sqmm ) ,one run of 10 Sqmm (1x10 sqmm ) cable and one metre of cassing capping will be measured as one unit.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geyser) of any capacity/make/model from its existing position after disconnecting electric and water supply connections, dismantling various parts and refixing in the same position after cleaning the inner tank including testing complete all as directed. Note : Spare parts of geysers required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seprately as supply only under respective items.

Supply only Heating element, any type 1.5/2.0KW rating capacity, with rubber washer.

M&L Wall fastner of size 100mm long, 8mm dia with double washers grouting making good in walls with cement mortar 1:4 for fixing water heater after removing the existing unserviceable wall fastner including nuts /bolts and washers complete all as directed .

M&L for repair of leakage/cracked inner copper/steel container of water heater by means of brazing/soldering with copper brass alloy & testing of inner shell up to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge complete all as directed .

S&F Plug top, 3 pin , 15 Amps, (ISI marked) as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out burnt winding by cutting, cleaning slouts and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor1200mm/1400mm of any make of fan with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) Doctor brand or equivalent ISI brand varnish shall only be used) (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (iii) BIC/HTP or DEVIDYAL, make super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used.
