SCHEDULE "A" :

Item No 01:- Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 02 :- M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete laid over 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 :- M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete laid over 10mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:3 as in skirting/dado complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : M &L two coats of exterior weather coat paint (white or tinted) with roller over & including 1 mm thick of Birla white putty/JK white wall care putty in two coats on new/old plastered surfaces and making the wall surface uniform & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : Rolling and consolidating semi-dense of black top surfaces by 32 hours (8 hours per day) rolling with pneumatic roller complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 06 : Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc of black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 07 : M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-30) at 05 kg per 10 sq m complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 08: M&L for 50mm thick (consolidated thickness)Premix bituminous, with Paving bitumen (VG-30) 4% , macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. (Note-Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver.)

Item No 09 : - M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. (Note-Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver.)

Item No 10 : Material and Labour for painting centre line arrow dashes letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with retro reflective thermoplastic roads marking paint not less than 2mm thick of approved make applied with machine as per manfacturers instruction incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 12 - S&F of Delineator of Make Dark Eye Model No SKU: DA-952-GP / of Weight: 765 Gms, red and white combination and other Specification ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 50mm or 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50 duly powder coated, anti rust & anti theft steel net complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 :- Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14 : M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed. (Note: Minimum Size of kota stone shall be 550mmx550mm)

Item No 15 : S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 16 : M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17: M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 18 : M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 : M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 20 : M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 21 : M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 22 : M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 23 : M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 24 : M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 surface finished fair and even for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25 : M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 26 :- M&L for Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size, on top of floor or the side of waist size wit suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 27 :- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 28 :- M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 29 :- M&L Broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 30 :- M & L for machine pressed chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 30cm thick with grey cement and pigment over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 31 :- M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster 1:4 using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Item No 32 :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Sika Latex Power)

Item No 33 :- S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings,frame work of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 34 :- M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel over 10 cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint ovr one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 35 :- Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 36 :- Removal of excavated materials exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed
