Dismantiling of CGI/PGI sheets any thickness as in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminum zink coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensil strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc.

Fixing only 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with zinc coating 120 gram/sqm two corrugations side lap & 150 mm end lap ,fixed with 'L' type or 'J'type or crancked hook bolt and washers orwith self drilling zinkallum coated metal screws having cap with rubber washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repair 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc all as specified and directed.

S & Fin repair 1.00 mm thick PGI sheeting of class -VIII as in valley gutters, wall cladding, iron gates and straight flashings etc ,fixed with 'L' type or 'J'type or crancked hook bolt and washers or with self drilling zink coated metal screws having cap with rubber washers and sealed the joint of valley gutter with comercial bitumen 80/85 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness ,size ,quality or desceiption ) form wooden frames or stone,cocrete or brick surrounds glazing with putty or fixed with beads all as specified and directed.

S&F rough cast wired figured glass 5 to 6.4 mm thick and glazing with oil putty /beads square exc 0.4 but n.exc 0.75 sqm all as specified and directed.

S&F3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm min each pan all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Taking down wooden roof truss exc 8 m but n.exc 13 m compled rafters or trussed beams span all as specified and directed

Dismantling timber frame work scantlings ,purlin 40 Sq. cm and over in section and in any position complete all as specified & directed.

S&F roof truss (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fasterning and heavy bracket framing (beam ,tee,angle,channel or flat section ) including distnace pieces cleats,plates etc confirming to Fe 410 grade E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone as in bed block and copping and benching embedding of hold fast etc including demolition of old plain cement concrete complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brickwork or including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, bilt in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brickwork with subclass ‘B’ burnt bricks,old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks or concrete surfaces including raking out joints for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 6 by using on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Gypsum board 12 thick 600X600 mm in size fixed or laid/ inserted to timer / GI/ aluminium frame work as ceiling ,fixed with screw as per manufaacturers instructions complete all asspecified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for non skid ceramic colour tiles joint free 7 to 8 mm thick (Square /rectangle) area of each tile excedding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and ponted in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick scread bed in cm 1:6.

All as per item No-34 but on verticle surfaces such as skirting/dado over 10 mm thich rendering in cm 1:4.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tile in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set in jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4.

S&F in repair110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil waste, rain water pipe and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including making good disturbe portion to match the existing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door including making good disturbe portion to match the existing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
