Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick, block, RCC or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.and removal of material beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick above or below ground level and removal of material beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (40 mm graded agg) as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.Note-Only badarpur sand will be used in cement mortar

M&L for brick masonry with sub class 'B' burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.Note-Only badarpur sand will be used in Brick mortar

M&L for rendering 15mm with ready mixed mortar having equivalent ratio on fair/rough face of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the marble stone chippings .complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately) complete all as specified and directed.Note-Only badarpur sand will be used in cement mortar

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using aluminium battens, nailed to the under layer including fixed to wall of aluminium battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge Note. The colour /pattern and size of pannels will be as per GE approval.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer incl preparation of new wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 44000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
