Amount

1) Renewal of BT the Road from Vallioor Itamozhi Road to Amaiyadi Road km 0/0 - 2/640 in Kottaikararunkulam Village Panchayat of Radhapuram Panchayat Union at PMGSY Incentive Grant 2020-21

Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17 (2).

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete.

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Providing and laying of tack coat using bituminous Emulsion RS-1 at the rate of 3 Kg per 10 square metre over the BM surface including cost of Bituminours Emulsion which will be recover from the contractors bill at the rate specified in the special condition appended here with preparatory to another Bituminous construction over it.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be we welded with MS angle irone frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75 mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG sheet tube. All M.s. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc., will be pointed with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 MORD

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost

For the second six months from the date of completion of work

For the Second Year from the date of cpmpletion of work

For the Third Year from the date of completion of work

For the Fourth Year from the date of completion of work

For the Fifth Year from the date of completion of work
