Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing of rubbish & debris to a distance not exceeding100 metres complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling,sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection, finishing surfaces even and fair including forming construction joints 30mm deep x10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using modular size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl item No. 06 here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed . Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer of cement @ 3 Kg per square metre and top layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whitening preparatory to distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion of approved tint over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in sub base of flooring ,finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine cut kota stone slab in flooring ,20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing,cutting and mirror polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in skirting,steps,dado,& pillars, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar1:4 and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concret interlocking paver block, any shape and size, conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment (coloured) all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand filling under floor/foundation with washed and screened dry fine river sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shoulderd and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks,cooler stand,ladder and similar work conforming to Fe290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirmimg to Fe 290- (Gde E -165) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair rolled mild steel in plates (plain or chequered) channels,square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes ,without any attachment conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality ,fixed to existing steel members by welding upto height of 15m from ground level complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Shotcreting average thickness 40mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. (with mix minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum, M-25). Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 50mm average thickness from slabs, beams/columns etc with mannual chiesels or standard power driven percussion type or of approved make incl tapering of all edges, make square shoulder of cavities incl cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removel of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per specification, applying the SBR Latex based bonding agent on each layer of the shootcreting work of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP on the entire surface complete all as directed including 5mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Sika / Fosroc/Pidilite or Techno commercial equivalent make approved by GE Note : Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed Make: Sika - SikaDur 52 LP/ Fosroc- Conbextra EP 10/ Pidilite Dr Fixit Epoxy Injection Grout or equivalent make approved by GE .

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

S&F angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality including fixing of flat iron & square bars complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel round or square bars ,flat iron conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair galvanised,2strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made),diameter of neck 5 to10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for punched tape concertina coil, 600mm diameter ,06 metre openable length,having 50 Nos round per 06 metre, tied with angle iron post with necessary bolts,concertina coil of core wire diameter 2.5mm,blade thickness 0.5mm,blade length 12mm,width of blade 15mm and spacing of blade 26mm complete all as manufacturer and directed . Note: The weight of concertina coil shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 1,73,620.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material.
