Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50M and lead upto 50M and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i.e. within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand zoneIII:10 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level.(PWD SCH-273)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 Coarse sand). (DAR 6.1.1)

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).(DAR 4.4.1)

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with mortar grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavater at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieved the desired density complete as per clause.

Construction of un-reinforced , plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per desingn, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse Aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design , laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using cruing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification clause 1501.
