Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of flooring etc.of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 , laid , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed including rubbing and polishing of stone slab to all as specified and as directed

M & L for 60mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floor all as specified and as directed.

M & L joint free coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed

M & L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floor finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expandel metal, whilest the concrete is green all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Removing building/ demolished materials etc. (other than soil) to a distance of exc. 1.5 KM but not exc. 5km , beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.

M & L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts FRLS grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable drawn through PVC concealed conduit of suitable size, complete with all PVC conduit accessories/ fittings, brass screws, washers etc, including metal flux boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting modular switches, sockets and regulators etc, including all cutting/chases etc in walls and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One light point /Fan point /bell point controlled by one switch.

Description all as per item No 7 above but One 5 Amps socket point t on same board with other switches

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium sub main wiring including teak wood batten / conduit and making good the disturbed surface of walls as directed.

Dismantling and Taking down fluorescent light fitting single /double tube any wattage /any size all as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/Exhaust fan, sealing the cable ends dismantling the fan blade kept in safe costody in store complete all as specified.

Taking down DB,s with MCB,s / Isolator any rating and any size all as directed.

Fixing only flameproof exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan retrieved in item No 3

M&L for Painting of exhaust fan complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc

M & L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 2 x 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100Volt grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including MS ERW conduit and accessories in recessed / surface of wall, roofs etc with one run of PVC insulated copper conductor 1x1.5 Sqmm single core as earth continuity conductor connected with earth dolly and mains complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing flame proof/weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6, 16 A 240 Volts 2 pin and earth plug fully interlocked suitable for installation in hazardous as per IS-2147/62 alluminium alloy/cost iron neoprene gasket dgree of protection IP-65 certified by CMRI Dhanbd (make : Sudhir/Baliga/Shyam.)

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair MCCB DB Vertical TPN 4 Way 'A' Frame,Including MCCB TPN 63 Amp Beaking capacity 25Ka -01 nos, Double Door flush to wall including all cutting etc on wall including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing in replacement of old U/s complete all as specified and directed. Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt , earth lead GI wire 4mm dia ( 8 SWG) connectd to GI earth plate elcectrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron pipe medium grade 15mm bore and 20mm bore light gradeGI pipe with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone wall and ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises..

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C-1(20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width and setting in mortar complete in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame ) wooden exc 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each.

M & L cutting holes to stone wall built in cement mortar exc one brick but n.exc two bricks for inserting outlet trap and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
