(Payment will be made based on level for finished item of work).

GSB Grading-III: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - III of MoRT&H Table 400-2 and Table 400.1 of MORD including cost, and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as per technical specification 401 MORTH (4th revision) and 401 MORD and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete for finished item of work ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work ).

Providing and applying Primer Coat (LOW POROSITY) with Bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechincal means as per technical specification Clause 502 of MORD.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid setting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (4th revision) and 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plnat producing an average uotput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading -II premixed with bitumonous binder 60/70 @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler with stone dust, trnsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a mechanical paver to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No 507 cmplete in all respects.
