M&L for bitumenous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with5.5% binder (Paving bitumenous VG-30 Grd) content by weight of total mix including prepration of existing black top/ unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushingwith wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning and cleaning surface with with gunny bags to rmove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming taaack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @5Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note: Repair of road carried out in patches )

Premix bituminous macadam,with VG-30 and 4% binder content laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less)with paving bitumenous includiing prepration @ 4% by weight of total mix complete rolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 ton power road roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for repair to pot hole of any depth exc 30mm and n.exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water, scouring sunken surface in road etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5kg per 10sqm putting in premixed bitumen macadem, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per sqm, blinded with 0.09cum stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again will rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings)

M&L for marking 2.00 mm thick center lin, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved make & mix with 8% mica sign applicator machine complete & traffic diversion arrangment. (Make-CMS Bombay/Shivalik Prime-Chandigarh/Ritacto-Meerut/SN Industries-Delhi)

M&L for factory made kerb stone (sample as approved and of top grade with moulded smooth finished surface) in PCC (1:2:4) B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in road Kerbs of required size chamfered on edges inclduing dismantling existing unservicable road kerbs and removing rubbish off permises not exc 500 m, complete all as directed. Make: Terra Firma Developments/ Mehtab tiles/ Super Tiles.

M&L for painting two coat yellow/Black/Red Synthetic enamel paint over one coat priming paint on new kerbs stone surface including preparation of and applying water resistant putty on new kerbs stone surfaces and all as specified. Make:

Demolition of stone masonry built in cement mortar incl coping of any description all as specified and directed.

M&L squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses all as specified.

M & L for Keyed pointing to rubble masonry uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4.

Demolistion of precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar of any thickness or as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC 1:3:6, type C1 exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6

M & L rendering 15mm thick on surface of stone masonry or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM 1:6 all and it is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls complete

Taking down existing stone patti edging of any descriptions and in any position all as specified.

Stone edging of roughly rectangular sand stone patti of size not less than 05 cm thick, not less than 30cm wide and 30 to 45 cm in length, top & meeting edges of stone patti hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm placed on edge firmly in position, closely abutting & setting right the edges of stone patti in line complete including excavation and earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (depth of edging shall be equal to width of patti).

All as per item No 7 above but except stone patti. (Note:- Old serviceable stone patti retrieved from item No 6 shall be used).

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/ filling/ mass concrete all as specified.

Demolition of RCC Roof, floor (other than ground floors), beam, staircase, landing , chajjas and similar suspended work

M&L RCC (1:1.5:3) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof beam/slab complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Formwork to soffit of roof slab, landing & similar work, exc 200mm thick complete all as specified.

Formwork to edges , on concrete flats breaks, sides of roof slab, landing & similar work, exc 200mm thick complete all as specified.

M&L for MS steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, hooking ends and winding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and in two layer (each layer exc 50mm and nexc 100mm deep)

M&L for 200mm(compacted thickness WMM in two layers, (each layer 100 mm thick with coarse aggregate specified in MORTH , spread rolled and consolidated torequired camber and gradient complete using machanical paver rolled of capacity 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber of formation surface (cutting or filling ) of roads with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depressions which occur during rolling complete.

M&L 100 mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250 mm logn 150 to 200 mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed , bedded in cement mortar 1:3 , joints 20mm thick , grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck

Edge stones to flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300mm long x 150 to 200 wide and 450mm deep ditto as per item No 30 above
